I’m usually pretty forgiving of fast food restaurants because, well, it’s fast food. However, I pulled up to this dairy queen and they were out of the first two blizzards I ordered. That’s fine, third times the charm. When I finally started eating it it had an odd taste. I finally took a bite of just the ice cream and realized it tasted like rotten milk. The owners clearly do not care about the product they serve. Avoid this location!

Terrible service, terrible attitude, snobby gen z at the drive through who doesn’t know how to use the computer. Obviously a family run place, very cheap. Cones started melting the moment it was handed over. Can happily say I will never be returning.

This place is horrible. They need to hire someone that understands ice cream is not supposed to be melted when they hand it to you. I asked for a refund and she made me a different flavor. I’m the meantime of waiting for the “refund,” my husband’s blizzard was melting even more while the same person walked a food bag to someone’s car parked in front of us. Then, hands me the flavor my husband ordered. At least he was winning today.

Well first and last time visiting this location. Decided to come and when we got here the lobby was closed with no explanation why, so we go through the drive-thru and make our order only to be told to pull forward to wait for our food. This is peculiar and interesting seeing as though no one was in the lobby and we were the ONLY customer in line in the drive-thru! If they are this inefficient with us being the only customer, I would hate to see how they perform when they have a lobby that is open and the drive-thru going. Once we got the food, the fries were cold and had no seasoning on it, and my hamburger was underwhelming! Hands down the worst DQ I have ever visited!

This DQ is old and in desperate need of attention. It’s dirty, disorganized and dingy. I went inside to eat an ice cream (prepackaged) and the floors are a slipping hazard they are so greasy. There were broken booths and filthy chairs.

I went to DQ this morning to get a Blizzard. I went through the drive-thru. There was only one car in front of me. It took them over 10 minutes to make his food, but they didn’t ask him to pull forward, which forced me to wait ten minutes for ice-cream. When I finally got to the window, the woman did not greet me, she didn’t apologize for the long wait, and she didn’t even thank me for my business. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
