Door dashed the order and they put the drinks in a paper bag. On top of a box so the drinks spilled all over the box and when I pulled the bag out the bag broke and out came all of the drink all over the floor. Also fries were old and the sweet tea tasted old as well.

I usually don’t post negative comments on places at all. But I feel like I need to explain my experience. I ordered 3 chicken tenders fries and a drink with a cotton candy blizzard. And let me say this the chicken had a old and disgusting smell to it. After 30 mins I still smell it on my hands.!! And the fries were cold and hard as a rock. The only good part was the blizzard I DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND EATING FOOD HERE just desserts

The Dairy Queen in Cartersville is probably the worst one I’ve been to. Today I went there at 8:45 and it was already closed with employees inside. On the drive thru there’s a sign that says that coupons are accepted inside but when you go inside they say they don’t do the app (depending on who is at the check out). On one day I used the app, and literally the other day someone said they don’t do the app. Someone isn’t training their employees.

I got the blizzard of the month, which is Take 5, and it tastes nothing like the one the Dalton store makes. The one I had in Dalton was the best ice cream I’d ever eaten. I was injured on my visit to the Cartersville, GA Dairy Queen. My meal was below average in freshness. After a fall, two employees tried to assist me. No one mentioned anything about filing an incident report on my fall. When I called the manager the next morning and explained what had happened, she became extremely defensive and said since I left the store, they were not obligated in any way. My pain increased in my right neck and bruised head, sore shoulder, etc. My pain increased the remainder of the week. I called the national headquarters, left information and asked for a call back. NO ONE CALLED. I am not pleased in ever going back into this store again. WARNING: You are visiting this store at your own risk if anything happens there.

They were out of everything we ordered and I ordered a hot fudge sundae with my meal and they had to heat up the fudge. The restroom was blocked off but an employee went in there and didn’t wash her hands before returning to work.
