We hadn’t visited a DQ in years, but thought we’d try this new location for an afternoon dessert. We ordered a small blizzard, small strawberry sundae, and a milkshake for $16.81. I don’t know, but I felt like that was pretty pricey. Won’t complain too much, though, because our desserts were good.

I was having a panic attack when I was at the window and the guy was a bit rude to me. I can only afford 1 fast food meal a month and was so much looking forward to a double cheeseburger and some soft serve. I paid nearly as much for the little cup of ice cream as the burger and it was almost comical how little fries I received for $3. If the food weren’t so darn good, I would never go back. The burger was totally worth it thank goodness.

No attention to detail. I ordered a s’mores blizzard for my kid at home, get home and its only graham crackers and vanilla ice cream. They had a lid on it which seemed odd as DQ always does the upside down thing with blizzards. So if they knew they didn’t have all the ingredients just say that. Honey BBQ chicken strips barely had BBQ sauce on them, doesn’t look like the picture. Cheese curds were great tho and got you that second star.

My wife and I were trying to get a late night ice cream. I guess the dinning room closes at 9:00 because one of the workers sprinted up to the door as we approached and locked it in our face. No wave, no explanation, no apology. Will never be back.

I would give them a zero. They tired to give me a melted sundae twice. When I asked for a refund they wouldn’t do it due to a manager not being onsite. I called the next day and The female manager was so rude and disrespectful. She Yelled and talked over me the whole time. I would never ever go back here again. She needs a lesson in customer service badly!!!!

The food is the classic Dairy Queen selection and is prepared well. The only issue is that the parking lot is in bad shape and using the drive through when it’s busy on the nearby road can be very frustrating as people will not let you exit and the line backs up simply because you cannot leave.

This Dairy Queen is like every other one. If you go there and they’re closing time, you will have to wait a very long time for your order. In the evenings, the place of staffed, my kids who just do a poor job. They might be trying, they might be doing the best they can, they were polite, but everything took sooooooooo long.

Went there tonight for their 85 cent Blizzard promotion. They said they didn’t have the necessary equipment to scan the app and could not do an override. When we asked for a manager, there was not one present. When asked who locks up at night, the girl waiting on us pointed to a bunch of people, but none of them stepped up to help. My daughter and her boyfriend, who are both General Managers at Chipotle stated this would have been taken care of in two seconds in their store, but the girl helping us said there was nothing she could do. This loaction used to run 99 cent Blizzard coupons all the time, so it shouldn’t have been a big deal. We left and will never return.

Went through the drive thru. The folks here are always pleasant and helpful. I ordered a blizzard. Yummy. It’s close to hwy 41 and a cone or blizzard always makes traffic a bit easier to bear.
