I pick up a online order and it had blizzard..I got the blizzards first then a few mins later I got the chilli dogs and I thought everything was good to go but I had to wait for them to cook the fries I mean to start cooking them?? It was not busy..I’m glad the drop off was just a few miles because their blizzards were in the bag with hot fries beside them probably were not the blizzards you eat with a spoon instead you had to drink them using a straw or could refrezz them while you eat your food if your at home..but everything done backwards..I definitely like my blizzard frozen especially as hot as it was that day..

The front door wasn’t open, yet the drive thru was. A woman worked there pulled in as I was putting my grandson back in the car to leave. I wasn’t letting a 3 year old have a Dilly bar in my car when it’s 98°.

Went through the drive through tonight and order a brownie ice cream In a banana split bowl which consisted of 1 scoop of small ice cream. I asked for one more scoop and was being charged $3.45 and the entire order was $4.99…. you gotta be kidding me and the supervisor Stephanie needs to work on customer service skills… will not be returning felt like racial profiling due to the young lady about to give it to me for free.

I don’t know if this is a privately owned location or not but half of the menu is missing they don’t sell the major items dairy queen is known for and they are severely lacking in blizzard flavor options. Service is slow and the food items they do offer are poorly prepared. I was so excited to see a dairy queen and I have never been so disappointed. Georgia is not the place to try dairy queen. They shouldn’t even be allowed to call these places dairy queen it’s a scam.

If I could give them a negative 10 (-10) I definitely would.. it was hair that in the food. Told the cashier and she acted like I was making it up as she checked and was like where.. I don’t see anything. I just spent over $45 on this mess… I don’t need to lie about hair being in the item… the food was cold, extremely nasty, and hurt our stomachs… I will never go back to this DQ and probably never any DQ the experience was definitely horrible. Nothing about DQ is the same so it’s not worth my time or hard earned coins ( )…
