The black lady at the drive thru window was very rude and called me fat. I called the store and spoke to a manager. All she said was “Sorry about that”. This person needs to be fired immediately! I will not be coming back to this dairy queen. I will now have to drive across town to another location. Very inconvenient for your customers!!

I went to get a mini blizzard with one of those 50¢ off coupons that come with the kids meals and they said, “We don’t accept these here.” On top of that I waited in line for about 10-15 minutes when there were only 3 other people on the drive through, one of whom was behind me!

I pulled up at 9:25pm on 3/15, I know they close in 35 minutes and I cut it close, but instead of saying over the intercom “sorry were closed” they just turned the light off the sign and ignored me.

I ordered 4 items, when I hot home and opened the bag, only 1 item was actually correct (an order of fries). Everything else was wrong. I wouldn’t take out anything from here again, unless you check your order before you leave.

Got the food I ordered, but not what I was wanting. I ordered two double cheeseburgers (sesame seed bun). I added lettuce ,tomatoes and onion pickles. What I got was the double cheeseburgers with that crapping potato bun. Still good, but NOT want I wanted. Still will go back.
