They often have long waits for no reason. Tonight there was no one in the lobby and no cars in the drive thru. The person says over the speaker, “one minute” . After a few minutes of waiting my husband just drove away. If they were busy we’d totally understand. If they offered some explanation, we’d be understanding. But they weren’t busy and they didn’t explain the extenuating circumstance that necessitated a long wait. Bad service. Try Bruster’s nearby- they have good service and great ice cream!

It was 1pm on a Tuesday when my coworkers and I wanted to go to DQ for lunch. When we arrived, the front door was locked. We go through the drive thru and tell them we have 5 different orders. That’s when they decide to offer for us to come inside to make it easier and proceed to unlock the door. One of the workers rolled their eyes as they see us walking in. If I was the owner of this Dairy Queen, I would be furious my workers were locking the door in the middle of the day turning away paying customers. I’ll never be visiting this establishment again.

The staff was rude, it took almost a half and hour to make 2 medium blizzards, they were pretty good but that still wasn’t worth the wait. Over all the vist was very dissatisfing. If I could put zero stars I would. I would not recommend this dairy queen. you have been warned.

My daughter has a peanut allergy. We ordered an m &m blizzard. We were given a peanut butter blizzard. Thank god she can smell a peanut from a mile away. We brought it to the attention of management and they told us if she broke out let them know. My daughter doesn’t break out she vomits and has an anaphylactic response. Way to step up for such a grave error.

This is my first experience with a Dairy Queen with my friend. We were craving the DQ blizzards. Well let me tell you all the hype you see on television. It is so true. My friend had the peanut butter puppy chow. She said it was delicious and if you love peanut butter you will go crazy for this blizzard. I had a vanilla blizzard with Butterfinger and Reese’s chocolate peanut butter cups in it. Omg, It was delicious. I highly recommend trying their blizzards. They are worth trying. It will leave a smile on your face.

Family just had to have ice cream after catching Spider-Man at the local theatre. They close at 10 PM but that gave us enough time to get there and order our Blizzards. Always great! And the customer service was excellent. We will definitely return after a movie in the future. I would highly recommend this location!

Wrong blizzard flavor given. Also didn’t do the flip to show they were frozen and found a couple minutes down the road our blizzards were like cups of milk and not frozen at all. Taught again not to go to DQ.

Dont order from the app. Rude manager refused to give me either money back or what i ordered. Taked to district manager either come here To get refund uh no or I will mail gift card. Never received gift card. Had to dispute with bank.
