Came through at about 5:45 PM on 06/06/22 and the young woman at the window yelled at me and said I was being rude. I was trying to confirm my order. I pulled to the window and she had left the window and gone into the dining room. Other employees seemed to be trying to calm her down. Finally a young man came from the kitchen to talk to me. I told him I didn’t deserve that treatment. He explained that they had already had a rough day. I just said nevermind and left.

We live in a small town and Dairy Queen offers fast food and ice cream. I appreciate the good service and recent renovation. The restaurant is very clean inside and out. I would rate this Dairy Queen a five star if not for the French Fries. It is really a knock against all Dairy Queens, they are all very bland in taste.

Fast food at medium prices. Had the chicken strips with gravy. Served hot and fairly quick. Great flavor and texture. Mount Vernon, GA store had friendly and welcoming staff. Store was clean overall and was rather busy with no long lines, no long wait times nor rushing to complete an order.
