I spoke with an employee today, but just wanted to share what I told her here. This Dairy Queen has improved so much. The orders are correct, the line moves fast, and everyone is kind and friendly. Well I’ve tried this location 5 times before coming to the conclusion that it’s awful and today just did it for me. They don’t turn over the blizzards because if they did they’d hit the ground. This is literally after they handed it to us. The sprinkles are supposed to be snickers. Other times we have come it is soupy, sour tasting, wrong order etc. I’ve gone back in a few times and today I don’t have the time or patience. It’s ice cream, how do you consistently mess it up? The management here is nonexistent and it is run by a bunch of stoned deadeyed irritated kids who don’t care about anything

Took the wife and daughter out for a dessert Blizzard. Service was great, but they always seem to be understaffed. We got in 10 minutes before the little league crowd hit. Betting those guys had a little.longer wait. Highly recommend any of the desserts, don’t think we’ve done a meal there.

Stopped at Dairy Queen and got a 6 piece chicken tenders meal, it was very good and the chicken tenders pieces were big. I also got a strawberry shake with it and it even had chunks of strawberries in it. The employees were really nice and the restaurant was very clean.

Waited in the drive-thru after school so the kids could get mini blizzards. By the time I got to the window, the were full of liquid! Obviously, they couldn’t do the upside down thing they always do. So either the machine was down, or they sat there pre-made while I waited in line. Needless to say the girl at the window didn’t care! She didn’t apologize or offer to remake them. She just shrugged her shoulders like she didn’t care one bit. This location gets TONS of business from the school next to them. So the least they could do is provide good service. Just another example of increased prices and decreased service. SMH

Today I decided to go to the local Dairy Queen for a nice sweet treat. What I didn’t know what was coming was that I would receive the best service by Aidan. I’ve never seen someone so happy to serve me, and make sure that I was getting the best possible experience. This guy seriously needs a raise or a free ice cream.

Slow workers, once I took a deeper look I noticed a few things that are health code violations. Ceiling tiles need to be replaced, air/heat vents extremely dirty. That’s as far as I had gotten. Idk about you but I don’t want dusty vents and dirty old falling apart ceiling tiles over my foot. Service was good though, very friendly employees
