Every time I go to this place. My order is always wrong. I am deathly allergic to cheese. This is the 3rd time I have asked for a hamburger. And I specifically. Said NO CHEESE., and they read it back to me saying no cheese. But it ends up with cheese on it. Don’t recommend this location, they do not listen to clear instructions

They Will Never Get My Buisness, My Families Buisness, My Friends Buisness And Anyone I Talk To About Them. Worst Restraunt, Worst Staff, Worst Customer Service, Worst Cleanliness And Bottom Line The Staff Act Like Lazy, Worthless People, Show No (Or Have Very Little) Intelligence, No Respect, Don’t Seem To Care About Their Jobs. Ordered through DoorDash and selected a double bacon cheeseburger with no tomatoes or ketchup and onion rings. Received food and got a single cheeseburger, no bacon, and of course it had ketchup and tomatoes. Seriously! Are y’all not capable of reading the order correctly? Is it to much to ask that you actually take a moment to READ and follow instructions. You demand $15/hr but can’t even do $7.25 work. Unacceptable!

I do not recommend eating here. Gravy is left out of chicken strip boxes ALL the time(after them specifically asking what kind of sauce) Slow process to get food (understandable that they may be short staffed since the whole world is right now) but if you have 2-3 orders in front of an order of blizzards don’t make the blizzards to sit there for 10-15 minutes before given to the customer. It’s really common sense. Get it together people!

This is by far my favorite Dairy Queen. Well. Was. Unfortunately it seems that the newer workers don’t really care about working. It’s just for money right? Naw. Y’all gotta care more to keep a job man. Over the past few years people have left there and the place has went down hill. I’ve had missing items a lot lately, this morning I even went back to get yesterday’s forgotten item and IT STILL ISN’T THERE after I ordered it this morning AGAIN. I even called yesterday and let them know. This has happened so often lately. I’ve given up. 🙁 the ONLY good breakfast now isn’t so good. I’m hoping this changes soon. I love this place. Make me love you again.
