Two days ago my husband and I visited Dairy Queen for the first time, at the outlet at 170 Hwy 53, we waited inside and nobody responded or bothered to take our order, then we went through the drive-through and reach the window, only to realize that we made a mistake by not seeing and making the order via the speaker, we are foreigners and not familiar with every system everywhere yet, when we realized that she is giving us the wrong order we apologized and let her know that we didn’t make the order via the speaker, then the girl asked her supervisor to come. The supervisor was so rude to us, we know we made a mistake and we apologized for it. she didn’t have to be that rude and talk to their customers in that manner. She was shouting, “Why did you cut through and mess up my order, now I have to adjust it”. We felt really bad. if she had asked us to join the end of the queue and let the next person pick up their order we would have happily done that. Sometimes new people or new customers might visit the shop who are unfamiliar with the system or even the language, which is not a regular thing to be mad about. you must be patient with those and let them know the correct way, and most importantly speak in a better manner if you are representing a company as such. We will not visit your outlet or this chain ever again.

If I could have given 0 stars I would. They messed up my order I immediately called when I got home I was told I would have a free order the next time I came in period. I gave them my name they said they wrote it down I came in a month later stood there for 20 minutes While they discussed it, and no one has any record of it so and they’re refusing to honor it. This is by far the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever eaten at.

I give this an overall 3 only because the last few times we’ve been here, it’s all great until we sit down and there’s 2 unattended children in the back corner blasting Miley Cyrus, Party in the USA. OVER..AND OVER.. AND OVER again. I feel for the parent that probably doesn’t have after school care and honestly probably can’t afford it because it’s outrageous.. but don’t put that on your customers.

Came thru the drivethru ordered 3 #1 combos..with Pibbs.a. chicken sandwich inquring first if it was a chicken patty or tenders. She answered…a patty. get the drinks…i said this tastes like coke not Pibb, she said a few people said that today…i said did anyone check because we HATE COKE. As she closed the window while i was speaking. Needless to say…they are coke and the sanwich is tenders that are too old tell off the sanwich and should have been thrown away. French fries Ice Cold. Mave you all shoild stick to burgers and ice cream. $40.00…Tasted worse than a bad Mcdonals meal but twice the price. Sad!!!
