They always have great food, super nice employees, great service, nice atmosphere to chill away from the office. The manager always remembers my order and makes sure they make it correctly. I’m greeted by name. I love the $6 lunch with $1 blizzard upgrade!

Place was clean but the staff was so rude. I have never been so disrespected and it was the manager. They messed up orders, gave us ice cream first then food 5 minutes later on to go order (it was real melted by time we left). They tried to give our ice cream to someone else and then tried to prove us wrong instead of apologizing. Kept laughing at us with other employees. The manager was so extremely rude and it felt like it was a bother to serve us. The cashier was the only sweet one there and was being professional, helpful.

When you’re in the mood for a little snack this Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a nice, quick place to pick something up. The staff was very friendly, had my order correct and ready in a very prompt fashion. The one and only disappoint for me personally is that I thought they had mozzarella sticks which I was totally cravings but they have their own version called cheese bites or something of the source.

Blizzards taste bad, and they made us another one that tasted just as bad. Super disappointing plastic smell and taste. My partner and I suspect it’s because the machines need to be cleaned. Really good customer service and the rest of the food was fine. We only really stopped for the blizzards, so the whole trip was quite disappointing

Giving 4 stars because the wait was long in the drive thru, with only a couple of cars ahead of me. But the food was good and hot and fresh and the order was done when we got to the window. The gentleman at the window was very nice and courteous. Things looked clean from my view.

I accidentally left my phone there, and they had it waiting for me when I came back next morning. I have only been to that location twice, in addition to picking up phone. But both times got prompt service with a smile, senior discount without asking, hot chili dog, slaw dog, and cold sundae. Will go back when in the area.

This was a late night stop on our way to Alpharetta for food & relaxation from a long drive. We had the double pattie cheese burger with Sweet Tea and a chocolate sundae. The service was good at night and the food was more than we could eat. All-in-all, a very pleasant stop..ENJOY !! Staff very nice. Warm greetings. Ordered blizzards. Blizzards were promptly prepared. Each had right amount of ingredients and custard was firm. We all really enjoyed our peanut butter blizzards.
