Probably the only fast food chain that stays consistent…. manager has been there a long time. Food is always fresh and cooked perfect. Fast, friendly service. They definetely don’t skimp on the ice cream toppings/fillings either, like some places do. Glad they brought back the Snickers blizzard. Only wish they could bring back the chicken sandwich and the turkey bacon ranch sandwiches too…

I tried to explain to the manager how rude the hostess was, and he just dismissed my comment an asked me what I ordered. Even still, he didn’t bother to see if it was ready.

We got the value meal with a burger, fries, drink and sundae. The burger was dry and tasted terrible, like it had been sitting for a long time and then put in a microwave to heat it up. The fries were hard. The ice cream was good so we decided to stick with desserts in the future.

So sad. For some reason the breakfast biscuits have changed . They went from being the wonderful homemade ones that many families have loved for decades to some cheap dry crumbled ones. I was hoping it was a one off but have heard from others that this is now what is served. A family tradition has come to an end. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed with this experience. I’m not sure if we caught a lazy shift this time or what happend, but this is sad & disgusting we paid nearly $30 for food so we expected it to be half decent. The kids meal was soggy, and tasted old (fries & chicken wrap) 1 of the shakes had a huge chunk of cake just thrown on top, my blizzard had huge random chunks of butterfinger in it that should’ve been blended more, and my salad had rotten lettuce in it and a huge chunk of the core that should’ve been thrown away from the get go. This is unacceptable. Period. Especially since we had to pull up and wait nearly 10 minutes for our order, it wasn’t even horribly packed tonight. There’s NO reason people should have to pay for rotten, soggy, nasty food. Please get it together DQ, you’re 1 of the main decent restaurants in Winder.
