It was a great place to get food from on a busy day. Drive thrus now are an exercise in patience. They truly were kind and got mt order (a fairly big one) correct and took the time to be patient and make sure we had everything. Couldn’t find the receipt to let management know so came here to cover my bases. Thanks for what you do.

Nothing wrong with the food as long as they get your order correct. I recently moved to the area and have tried this location because of it’s convenience 5 times since I pass it on the way home from work and 4 times my order has been incorrect or incomplete. Wrong drinks, forgotten fries, fewer chicken strips than ordered etc. I think they could do a better job if the kids working there had some guidance . Half the time I hear joking and playing around coming through the drive thru speaker or at the window. Owners, you need to get your management team on the ball. The kids working the restaurant aren’t the problem, it’s the management that’s not guiding them to be good employees that is.

We love DQ but this location has issues. Every time we have been here lately, seems like the people working do not pay attention when you order. We always get the chicken strip baskets for ourselves and our two kids. Last couple times we ordered it with BBQ sauce and Gravy. Every time, no BBQ Sauce and no gravy. I just wish people actually took pride in their work. These days, seems like it is hard to find good workers that actually care about their job. I guess having people standing in these places making a paycheck is more important these days than having people that actually care to make sure the order is right before it goes out the window. Also, how about put the dang phones down while you are working!!!! That might help insure that your customers food is right!!!!

Did not have a great experience here. After ordering a shake and a cheeseburger, they said at the window that the ice cream machine was broken which is sad but understandable. Then, after waiting for 15 minutes for them to bring the food out to us (there had been no cars in front of us and we had a very small order), they had gotten my order wrong so I had to wait at the door for someone to notice me and come out. This was my first time at this Dairy Queen, but my friend said this is common experience here. Food was fine after finally getting the right order but I’ll probably avoid this location in the future.

Cashier was friendly but Blizzard was made with little effort and incorrectly. Ordered the Choco Brownie Extreme add pecans. Got vanilla ice cream not chocolate? Two employees were out in the parking lot joking around with someone in another car. Wont be back to this location.
