Person taking orders was most aware of delays. No apparent or tagged manager on site. The floor was very cluttered. Employees just stepped over or around but knew it was there. Uniforms were not uniform and attention to detail was lacking. Product was good, moolatte and blizzard. Staff seemed frustrated with equipment and timeline. One young lady had been waiting for almost 20 minutes for her blizzard and had not been served by time we got our order and left. Another customer and his grand-daughter waited several minutes just give order.

The young lady that was at the window was very snobby. We received the wrong drink, and she had an attitude when we asked for a replacement of the correct beverage. My sandwich was cooked in the wrong grease, old grease, or for too long. Either way, I ended up sick on a 3-hour drive. I don’t typically eat DQ unless it’s a blizzard. I’ll be going back to Blizzards only.

The Jesup Dairy Queen is conveniently located at Orange Street and US Highway 84. They have always been super friendly to me, are quick to get orders out for drive thru customers, but they also have a nice indoor restaurant that is comfortable. If you are in the drive thru, there may be a line of vehicles out to Orange Street, but being busy always tells me food at a restaurant is worth waiting for. There is usually lots of parking around the building and most of the time, plenty of room to park an RV or camper, which is easy to enter and exit.

I don’t think the workers at the drive thru window should be allowed to take selfies while working. Especially when the customer watches them take said “self” and it have view of customers vehicle in it. My experience with the jesup store was not in the least pleasant. I caught the attendant, watched them, and when they turned to look at me looked at them still. When I called them out on it, they said they didn’t take one. I then told them exactly what I watched which is when the story changed to I didn’t realize your car was in view.

I stopped here to get food for a friend, but as you can see from the picture, there was NO urgency in getting the order to me; sitting down & talking were more important!!!,I had sat there so long that I forgot that I had already paid for the food & ended up having to send someone else back with the receipt to go get the food!

I will never be back to this place. Just recently moved back to jesup. Took my 73 year old Mother here to get a blizzard. Through drive Thru . I was handed one blizzard with ice cream running all down the sides. Would not have gotten spoons if I did not stop and ask for one. No napkins with out asking for them as well. So the service of this place is not at all what it use to be. Ashame you turn a blizzard upside down handing it to a person. Hope your business is better to other customers.

How difficult is it to take simple directions and then follow the directions? Flamethrower burger with no lettuce, tomato, or onion – no other crazy or weird directions….and this what is given. Unacceptable, will not only never be going here again, I will be actively keeping everyone I know away from this location.
