After stopping for gas, we needed to refuel ourselves. Luckily this Dairy Queen was a block away. We stopped for Blizzards and Shakes. Customer service was quick. It would have been quicker to use drive thru, but we wanted to sit and rest a minute. Typical food and pricing. I would highly recommend this location!

Ordered a #2 (Bacon Triple cheeseburger), was given a #3 (BBQ double cheeseburger). No upsize on the drink nor the fries that I paid for. Called back & asked for a manager & was told there wasn’t one & if I could speak with the person on the phone. Evidently the manager on duty was barking instructions to the gentleman I was speaking with because I could hear her talking in the background. I am hoping that one of them will be there tomorrow to correct the issue with my completely wrong order. Not the best customer service……especially when the mistake wasn’t my fault. And the fact that the manager wouldn’t come speak with me directly is more of an issue than anything…..is customer service just doomed all together? Seems like its a yes at this particular Dairy Queen location…..

Ordered a couple of Bacon Two Cheese Burgers in the drive thru. The burgers weren’t bad but they did forget the bacon on one of them. Little bit upsetting but not the end of the world by any means. The girl at the drive thru was all business over the speaker but quite kind at the window. I’d return if I was in the area but I’d check my order next time.

This Dairy Queen was one to stop at if you ever passed. I woukd reconsider the DQ in this location due to the poor customer service, style of customer service and the delays have only extended of there is a line waiting in the drive through. I have removed this loaction from my favorites at this time and hope the good, clean, and well represented staff returns as soon as possible.

Always closing early. Like 30 minutes early despite waiting in drive thru. The store officially closes at 10:00 but will stop taking orders and close as early as 9:30.

4:45 tried to order a chicken strip basket and the guy told me kitchen was closed. I could only get ice cream. The lid and napkins were messy. This used to be a great place what happened. Not only that the service always sucks. Never can see the manager.

Warning! DO NOT GO HERE! The workers are rude and disrespectful and do not honor the info on their signage or website! Told us were were holding up the drive through when had a problem with our order. Then told us to go around inside but they LOCKED the door so not only could we not get in but other customers could not either! Inside they were laughing and thought it was funny to illegally lock customers out. They refused to honor the info on their signs to fix our order. Would give zero stars if could. Never had such a horrible experience at any place as we did here. Take your business elsewhere. This place does not represent Dairy Queen favorably!

I’m just appalled and speechless. My daughter couldnt eat her grilled cheese. Then you try to call and no one answers the phone…I would ride to the DQ on the east side or sylvester before I go back to this one. Check your food before you leave!
