I usually stop by this location on Saturdays with my daughter. Everyone is always friendly, and the drive-thru line moves pretty quickly. The ice cream is always delicious. Never once a wrong order. Highly recommend!!

Employee was very rude when taking our order. Blizzard was completely melted when she handed it to me and i practically had to reach through the drive-thru window to get my own food. The only thing I can say is that the service was pretty fast considering the line was wrapped around the corner.

This location was hands down the best and fastest until. The older gentleman stepped out. Now it takes at least 35 minutes to get a ice-cream cone.spent over a hour in the drive through will be a while before we come back.

The drive thru service was bad! They claim they couldn’t hear me because the headsets were broken and the lady at the drive thru window was rude. When asked her name she said it was company policy not to give out names and there was no corporate number because they are a franchise. I proceeded to go in and the people on the inside refuse to give me a name. I’m not the type to complain but she should just make the food since she has poor customer service. They are going to lose business

The hamburgers and onion rings were really good.The only reason I gave this review as low as I did the tea was sour, they said that they just made it. It was pepi brand. I’ve tasted pepi before and It didn’t taste like that.

Waited an hour in the drive thru not a problem as they were busy. Get to the window my husbands milkshake didn’t have whipped cream was handed a cup of whipped cream when I handed the milkshake back. My blizzard was melted they didn’t even flip it the manger told the woman working the drive thru it was fine so she just got napkins and started wiping the melted blizzard of the side of the cup with her bare hands.

The young lady taking the orders at the drive thru and the young man at the window were two of the rudest people I’ve ever seen. She rushed me at the window to make up my mind and didn’t want me to ask her any questions. Then the order was wrong at the window and the young man shoved it to me anyway and said “Look, you cannot expect perfection. You’re at a fast food place.” I had asked him to please see if my order was correct because the girl was so hateful and he said oh yes that’s just the kind of person she is. And laughed. He refused to repeat all my order to me. The manager Gracie was very nice though when I called her afterwards and she said she would handle them. It ruined our afternoon out though because we didn’t get the food we actually ordered and were treated horribly. My son has major health issues and doesn’t get to go out usually but we were heading home from tests at the hospital and stopped by to cheer him. Needless to say that got ruined. There were no offers made to replace any of our order.

I just don’t understand how a fully staffed establishment can take 23 minutes to get my food and the food is COLD. It’s always like this here. This is not my first rodeo with them. Second time in two months and it’s a waste of time and money.
