Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any Dairy Queen ever. First, we pull in and their “dine in” area is closed. I’m 8 months pregnant and we not only wanted lunch, but needed to use the restroom badly. We go through the drive through, no one is there — no one ahead or behind us yet we wait 20 minutes for our food. We finally get said food from the absolute rudest person I’ve ever seen. We drive off only to realize the chicken strip basket that comes with gravy doesn’t have gravy. They’ve given me some kind of tartar sauce instead. And the ice cream is melted because it’s been sitting there for 20 minutes.

I would rate the food but the three employees who stared right past me while I was at the counter and didn’t bother to take my order reinforced my decision not to patronize DQ. They continued to take drive through orders and one young lady spent her entire time playing on her phone. I feel badly for this franchise owner because this kind of poor customer service will affect profits and employee pay (for those who bother to offer customer service). Plenty of other places that will be happy to have my business.

Went drive thru. They were EXTREMELY slow and rude. We paid $8 for 2 mini blizzards. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Then it was MELTED! If McDonald’s machine wasn’t broken we’d went there. Couldn’t get out with people behind us anyway. Y’all suck. My opinion. PLEASE TRY TO DO BETTER! ONLY FOR THE ONE ON 7TH STREET IN TIFTON. The others are GREAT!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had the doors locked 1 hour before closing. Lady in the drive thru never once said a word. When I said, “thank you very much” she just slammed the window in my face.

Went for a small date night with my wife and they turned us away because they wouldn’t open the dining area and only the drive through was open, also watched the workers turn away a young kid begging to use the restroom while their parents were in the drive through. Also there were about three or four employees standing near the lobby door just chatting and laughing ( terrible experience). Why waist money here when there’s another Dairy Queen in town?!

I will forever love dairy queen due to during the summer they have my favorite blizzard that they brought back from when I was growing up. The food is good but it’s expensive, always has been. The only thing I go to dairy queen for is mainly the ice cream and for my cotton candy blizzard during the summer.
