Got a reeses blizzard and it was very good. When ordering the people were very kind. The bathrooms were perfectly in order and stocked. The only issue, and the only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because there was a terrible burning smell. not like food being burnt but almost like an electrical fire. the smell was honestly very overwhelming and I had a headache by the time I left. Still a good establishment and good people. They just need to resolve the issue with the smell.

If you are the owner, I hope you see this and train your employees accordingly. I ordered a small blizzard and my mother ordered a mini. They gave me the mini and my mother the small. My mother started eating hers at the window, when I realized they had mixed up the sizes. Rather than let my mother keep the small and just remake mine the correct size, they demanded she give it back to them after she had already taken multiple bites. We told them this was terrible customer service, and we had never experienced that. They proceeded to just throw it away and said “We can’t be giving away free ice cream”. They remade both blizzards, so it actually cost you more, since you threw away the small and made another blizzard for her. Not one of the maybe 7 employees realized this was the wrong thing to do. Hopefully this can be a teaching tool for you all.

Greeted by friendly staff and our order came out quickly. Close to the beach if you need a break from the waves. Plenty of sweet treats to choose from like cakes, Blizzards and Dilly bars.

Whatever manager/shift leader was on break on July 14th, 5:20 pm was the most absolutely obnoxious person, she was incredibly loud and disruptive. And mentioned personal issues with employees… My boyfriend and and I could barely hear each other over her talking. She is an older white lady with short dirty blonde hair and glasses. I’m not trying to be rude but self awareness and creating a decent atmosphere should be of most importance.

I have to say that tonight was the best burger I have had in a long time. 1/2lb steakhouse. Got it home and the ff we’re hot and crispy still and then burger was packages perfect. Hot appetizing and delicious. I am done with the Burger King on the island that is always broken. Thanks for caring for the quality! It truly showed tonight!!!!
