I love when I order a blizzard and get a melted cup of ice cream. Delicious. If I wanted to drink something I would have gotten a smoothie or milkshake. They won’t be flipping your blizzard for obvious reasons. I understand that working here probably sucks so that’s why the product is absolute trash but if you’re selling ice cream I think you could somehow manage to make it cold. I live walking distance from this place so judge the photos according to an approximate 3ish minute drive.

This location definitely pays attention to your order making sure everything is correctly done. I had a chance at trying the new Carmel brownie cupfection and I want to say this location definitely made my ice cream look appetizing, made sure my cup was actually full of ice cream and wasn’t melting. My money was well spent. Will be back to visit this location.

Ordered 3 chicken strip baskets and of course as normal got parked. Which normally means your food is very hot. Not this time. Everything in every box was cold including the gravy. And the only thing they offered to do was if I wanted to bring it all back they would remake it. No I don’t want to get back in my truck in the rain drive back get parked again. I would prefer to be eating. But at least would prefer a refund or getting something complimentary on next visit. Instead I got I’m sorry

Went through the drive thru on July 4th approx 5-6ish, ordered the basic DQ ice cream stuff. However, the woman at the drive thru spoke so softly you couldn’t hear her. When asked to repeat herself, it was obvious she was annoyed. Once at the pick up window, we paid with a credit card and it took them some time to return it. Started to wonder if they were hoping we’d forget to ask for it. Finally we received it once our order was handed to us. Well, the next day we got a notice of fraudulent charges on the credit card. This card hadn’t been used but for DQ that week. Someone is charging Doordash deliveries and Uber. We are in the process of tracking down whose getting these deliveries to report to the police. The charges were spotty, which leaves me to believe they are rotating through people’s stolen cards, the charges are for less than $40 and happen every other day or so. Be wary people, use cash for establishments like this (fastfood).

Why dd it take 20-25 minutes to get 2 banana splits? Several customers were served before us. Avoid this DQ at all costs. The kids working there acted like it was their first day… and I know it wasn’t. The banana splits were pretty good- would’ve been better if it had the nuts and strawberries like it was supposed to.

This Dairy Queen would get negative stars if possible. The wait was 35 minutes long, nobody was helpful at all. I ordered a cupfection without heath bar and it was still made with heath bar. As soon as we get to the window she was literally scraping it off the top as if it wasn’t all throughout. The blizzard I ordered was melted. The sprite we ordered tasted like toilet water with a small amount of sugar. I would not recommend going to this location. If this is the product they are putting out I don’t want to imagine the cleanliness or behind the scenes of this restaurant.

They charged me $2 extra for a mint blizzard which was fine, accidentally made a different flavor. When it was given to me it looked very different than the other (4+) times I got it here. Manager was rude and yelled at me for asking a question about it. She slammed the window in my face. I was polite and said thank-you but I’ll NEVER go back. Completely unprofessional.

The employees here are beyond rude and impatient. I see them literally talking poorly about customers behind their backs and the manager does nothing about it. I wouldn’t be surprised if they also mistreated other employees with the attitude they have. Go to a different location unless you want them to find something to laugh at you about. I also told the manager about my concerns and she didn’t care whatsoever.
