Truly disappointed with the cake I ordered and picked up for my son’s 16th birthday. This cake is a horrible disgrace and embarrassing to pull out at this special party. The writing was smudged, and halloween designs look like a toddler drew them. Unfortunately I had no time to go elsewhere in time. I honestly can’t believe that someone found this cake acceptable after making, and that a manager was okay with this cake going out to the customer to pay for. I was told by the manager when i pre ordered the cake, that their “cake specialist” would be in to make the cake in time. If this is the work of a specialist, I’m in complete shock. Thanks for being such a disappointment for this special occasion. Worst cake I’ve ever bought.

I brought my youth nonprofit college bound all girls athletic group here after church service this morning. We are based in Miami, Florida where DQ is far and between. The service was remarkable. I say that because when we came there was 3 people running the entire restaurant. The cook, the drive thru cashier and the manager who served us. He worked efficiently and quickly getting through the team 4 at a time. Once finishing up a cashier came in and handed out the dessert my Angels ordered once they had eaten their meals.

Beware if you “special order” your order ice cream cake it will not be as picture at all. You’re better off going to Baskin Robins or to Cold Stone for your cakes. Or even the carvel cakes at publix that have been in the freezer for a week will be made nicer than what they give you for 50$. Complete and total disappointment and it’s not like you can even return the cake since most people pick up before a birthday party when dealing with an ice cream cake.

Would give this 0 stars if I could. I visited this establishment with my friend, to use a gift card from my orthodontist, and ordered a blizzard. Upon my entry EVERY employee in the store went to the back, except for the store manager Chris. He stared at my friend and I like a junk yard guard dog. It made me so uncomfortable, I sent my friend to the register to order for us, he took our order made it and brought it to us with a attitude and told me “you’re no longer allowed in this store”. I was given no reason for this at all. I did nothing at all. Just walked in ordered a blizzard and left. Now I’m BANNED?! This has never happend to me before, and I believe it was a racial discrimination thing. As my friend was was white and he didn’t even acknowledge him. Just me. Corporate will definitely hear about this. It’s a Shame that this is the 21st century and this type of stuff still occurs. Not only that but I proudly serve in the military and apparently this is how this location treats us. I’d avoid this location at ALL costs until they get it together.

I would have given a 5 stars but the lack of customer service and attention to very simple details was that horrible. The person taking the orders was beyond rude as I was trying to order something to accommodate multiple allergies that I have and kept talking over me. He was beyond condensending and that alone really makes me consider coming here again. Beyond that, I ordered a blizzard which they are supposed to tip upside down or its free, they didnt do this and I know why, when I got home the person it was for showed me, it was soup and pure liquid with the add-ins. We live 5 minutes away with red-lights and the AC was on. The mister misty we ordered was only filled 3/4 of the way up which was very disappointing.
