I order a blizzard which is really a milk shake. I am 46 years old and I remember back in the days when the blizzard was good. They use to turn them upside down to show you that it’s stiff. Now they flip it super slightly quick. Because it melts easily and they place a top on it. The best place for ice cream is in North fort Myers twisted treat. The big ice cream cone building. Unfortunately they were closed last night. So I settled for this mess. Oh yeah did I mention the fries were cold and not fresh.

Puts the smallest “sold out” sticker on their menu items and I didn’t see. Went to order what they were sold out of and had a girl tell me that the words are there for a reason. Had the worst attitude. I told her a little bit of kindless goes a long way. But I get it girl, I used to work at DQ too way back in the day. But we all have to put in our dues. Will go back though, hopefully no one’s spits in my ice cream next time but hey what I don’t know won’t kill me right?

The cashiers are usually not all that knowledgeable about their menu. And often just leave you standing there for a while waiting to be helped, even when no one else is in line. This is at more than one location, too. But I love the $7 meal and the hot fudge sundae.

This is NOT “fast food”… incredibly inefficient and therefore slow… plus, once in the drive thru, you can’t get out… and then you wait over 25 minutes to order and get food. Incredibly bad!

Arrived at this DQ around 8:45 this evening. Went inside and placed an order for a small blizzard and a pineapple sundae. 25 minutes later still waiting for order. Said if order was not ready wanted money back. Manager was more than willing to give me a my money back. Seems she should have asked one of the girls to make my order. She told me they were understaffed but there was two employees sitting in small booths playing on their phones. She wanted to give me my refund receipt in case I come back and I informed her I would never be back there again. Seems the employees were working in slow motion. Left there at 9:20 unhappy because I was looking forward to he blizzard. Never had a problem at any other DQ. Had to give it 1 star to be able to do the review. Should have been no stars.

Waited for 15 minutes to be helped at the counter only to have team member Kristal to act like she has never saw people before and look like she was falling asleep at the counter taking our order, rubbing her face and hair with sweat and dirty fingernails. Just disgusting and not up to DQ standards at all.
