Where do I even begin with this train wreck of a place? Can you believe I wasted almost 30 minutes waiting for a simple combo meal? It’s like they’re competing with Disney lines for the slowest service ever. The sheer audacity to call this “fast” food is an insult to customers! Now, onto the catastrophe they dare to call customer service. Nicole or Niki, the lady who took my order, must have mistaken rudeness for a personality trait, and to top it all off, she tried to overcharge me!

Ordered a “Large Fries”, this is what I received. This is the second time this happens. I’m pretty disappointed and seems like the employees don’t care. If I ordered a Large frie I expect it to be filled to the top.

Went to this location at 9 PM through the drive-through. There was a long line because the person handling the drive-through was taking the orders, taking the money and then delivering the food outside to the cars. There was also workers inside just as busy as she was, but obviously all had an amazing attitude that it was able to move as smoothly and fast as it did. It was still slower than normal, but they all did a great job.

Manager is very nice; surprised to see that she’s been there for 8 years! Nice! However, I ordered a new Rainbow shake from the cashier who I could barely hear or understand, but got a strawberry shake instead. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I didn’t say anything. However, I will be going there again because my husband and I love Dairy Queen! Plus we want to see the manager again. She has excellent customer service skills that should deserve a raise. I also recommend others to go there as well. I just love your chicken baskets! Thank you. See ya’ soon.

Rude employees, I asked for a ranch for my onion rings and I got less than half of a cup of ranch, barely enough for 3 onion rings and it was gone. Hands down worst DQ ever.

Great prices and combo meals. Perfect for a family meal. Interior was clean and tables and chairs were sanitized. All the employees wore mask and were friendly and professional. Food was typical for a fast food place and blizzards and sundaes were delicious. Lots of free parking.

The service was very good. One of the employees wished my mother a very respectful Happy Mother’s Day. The Blizzards are still very good, although $5 for a small Blizzard seems excessive. I still recommend this location, though.

If you order anything via Drive through before you leave make sure your order is complete!!! I had order 6 bacon cheeseburger arrived home with two of the sandwiches missing the meat. Pictures aren’t great because I had to pull out of the garbage after I had thrown with anger and disappointment!!!

I went through the drive thru. The lady was very nice at the window, but made me pull forward to wait for my food and there was no one behind me. Took them 12 minutes to bring out 2 cheeseburgers. Food did taste good though for fast food. I wish they would bring back the mushroom swiss burger also.

Went to this Dairy Queen location not expecting to get an old burger patty along with a slice of tomato that I am sure the workers there wouldn’t eat so why would they feed it to someone else? I am 8 months pregnant and the thought that I bit into this old meat patty with old produce is nauseating in itself! Food poisoning is serious especially when pregnant!
