I have been going to the drive thru for over a year and loved the ice cream and the employees at the drive-thru are so friendly. For the last three months ice cream has been very cold, frozen and does not even have a creamy consistency. I addressed the issue and they said there was a problem with the machine and they fixed it. So I gave it another try. The first few times it was better, but not 100% better. Yesterday my ice cream was the same frozen mess. They can’t seem to get this machine working so I am driving five miles out of my way to the Little Road/Hilltop location where the menu prices are a bit more expensive but the ice cream is great!!!

went the other night with my family, we went in around 9pm, closing time was 10pm. before ordering the employee told us that the lobby was closing for the night and that we could order but couldn’t eat in the dining area. we checked the hours and it said that the lobby was open until closing time. the manager specifically told the employee to tell us they were closing down the lobby right after we walked in.

Went to DQ yesterday. It really was supposed to be a treat because we rarely eat ice cream, so we were looking forward to it. The ice cream seemed completely fake. It was so cold that it would not melt. It was not creamy and had no flavor because it was so cold. I hope you fix the problem.

Love the food, not so much the customer service. The csr acted as if I was a bother when I placed my order. He didn’t say hello when I came to the counter, I tried to make small talk, he didn’t speak. After taking my order he turned to the order shelf and kept his back to me until he handed me my order with out saying anything to me. He made me feel like I was a bother coming in. I love the food and visit the store every weekend and mostly the service is fine, just a few people seem to not want to be there, like today

Pretty inconsistent with their blizzards. They’re either really full and good or lacking add-ins and not mixed enough so the whole bottom of the cup is just plain soft serve. Even when I’ve asked and PAID for extra add-ins, they still short you on them.

Ordered two blizzards and one dipped cone. All three were already melted by the time we got them (makes sense why they skipped the flip test). Don’t waste your time going here if you want semi-decent DQ ice cream.

Not sure if the bald black man was the Mgr but he was very rude to his people and me.I ordered a chocolate Sunday with chocolate ice cream and got vanilla. When I returned it he said to the worker….well why didn’t she say that. WHAT??? Which I heard, then he tried to back track and said no I meant her. Sorry not gonna work VERY POOR ATTITUDE MR MGR!!!
