It’s a hit and miss on how good the bilzards are. We ordered a Chocolate Xtreme and an Oreo blizard. I only live about 5 mins away and they were already melting when we got them. Sad excuse yet again on the quality of their ice cream. Recently its just been getting worse. Might be time just to stop going.

The food was okay. Even though the place was packed they didn’t let me know my blizzard was ready until it was a cross between a soft serve and a soup. I asked if I could have it remade and they looked a bit flustered by it, so I just took the mess and tried to salvage my ice cream time. I’ll have to look somewhere else to have ice cream time from now on

Good food at good prices. We shared chicken fingers and fries which were tasty. Saved room for shakes and blizzards which were excellent. They offer banana splits, too. But the best by far was the customer service. Order is given and paid for at cash register and everything is delivered to your table. When was the last time at a fast food restaurant that the order taker came by to make sure everything was satisfactory? She was very helpful. We plan to return soon.

We went through the drive-thru the customer service was great the young lady did a wonderful job taking the order. We parked because the order was large. However some of the order was missing so I had to go back inside and wait in line with other customers that were complaining about their wait for their orders. I never received the cheeseburger I ordered because the meat wasn’t ready and my blizzards were melting in the car. We all have bad days and I’m happy we have our own Dairy Queen now. I will give them another chance eventually hopefully the service will be better next time.

Closed for good, it’s stupid because this one just opened up a few years ago. Fault recently, and there’s none close now. The closest one is in Port St. Lucie I believe. And I’m not driving the kids all the way there for an after dinner treat.

I love Dairy Queen BUT I don’t like soupy ice cream. The machines at this location need to be fixed or the product needs to go in earlier, allowing it to get to the correct consistency before serving. We arrived around 3 pm on a Thursday afternoon. My husband’s banana split was a bowl of soup. My blizzard was a little better after I asked them to fix it again without the chocolate syrup. Although they were very busy the young man behind the counter was very pleasant and efficient.

Clean inside except for the floor in the back where the (manager?) was sweeping. Who went to the back to prepare our order(didn’t notice if she washed her hands). Once I received my blizzard, you couldn’t turn it upside down because it had started melting. Which was given to me from a worker who had just signed in on shift, without properly sanitizing his hands. Overall experience, I won’t be in a hurry to revisit this establishment.

Third time here. All 3 times got my blizzard order wrong. This last visit I got more than the order wrong. Service was relatively quick, only one customer in front of me. Received blizzard without being served it upside down. I should have known right there something was amiss. Took lid off right away and the ice cream was like soup. Not soft, like watery soup. Was totally unexpected that it dropped on me and in my car. Who serves it like that knowing ice cream is never served that way? Makes me wonder if this blizzard was accidentally made before me and they gave me it, or the actual machine is not at the right temperatures setting. I could have got a free blizzard from this, and still think i should but at that time i had to be somewhere. Hence why customers go to fast food joints. I Was really looking forward to my ice cream after a bad day and you know when you’re wanting it, you gotta have it.and couldn’t. Bummer. I give the rating 2 stars only because the staff was pleasant…. But maybe thats why because of the ice cream problems. Who knows.

I love Dairy Queen however I know this has only been open maybe a week week and a half. But it is the most unorganized place I’ve been to in a long while not to mention the staff of playing around never carrying orders out like they should. Seems to be the only one woman that was really carrying out orders so it will be a while before I go back ,maybe then we’ll have it organized.
