My friend and I stopped here for lunch. The dining room was closed because they didn’t have enough help. We had to use the drive thru. We placed our order and was told to park in the space marked car 1 back by the dining room doors. Four other vehicles came after us before we got our food.

We used the drive-thru to order blizzard drinks. The line of cars was fairly long, but moved steadily. But when we got up to being the 2nd car from the window, the car ahead of us received their order but couldn’t pull away. There were 2 cars in front of them who were waiting for orders to be brought out to them, and they couldn’t or wouldn’t pull up far enough to let the cars behind them pull out if the line once they got their orders. DQ needs a better place to have people wait if their order are going to take a long time.

My partner & I’s first time coming here and I will say it was the best I’ve ever had! The food was fresh and phenomenal! The customer service from the cashier and workers was amazing as well. We felt very welcome and the store was clean! Loved it!

I ordered from Dairy Queen in Northport AL. And I got it delivered by DoorDash and my hotdog bun was Moldy. Of course I didn’t notice it until I had already taken a bite. The idea of it just makes my stomach turn. I don’t think I’ll be getting anymore food from DQ just ice cream if that’s even done right.
