It was apparent that the store appeared to be short staffed, but at the time that I was there there were only two cars ahead of me in the drive thru line. The drive thru employee (appeared to be a manager based on the clothing) was an older white female. She wasn’t rude, but she appeared to be overwhelmed or frustrated. She didn’t greet me, but she had my son’s ice cream sundae prepared. I asked for a lid to cover his sundae considering we had a ride home and he’s 4 years old. She appeared to have had an attitude because of my request- she removed the spoon from the sundae and discarded it. Then, she grabbed a lid to cover the sundae, which was already dripping, and she grabbed a spoon with her bare hands and hand it to me with the handle end towards me. I overlooked it considering I had more spoons in my car. Then, she disappeared to go make my son’s burger. I watched her make the food without any gloves, AFTER TOUCHING MY CARD AND HANDLING OTHER’S MONEY, CARDS, and ORDERS. It appeared as if she warmed up the patty and cheese, which obviously isn’t fresh. At approximately 20:02, a younger white female employee, was scratching her lower back/top buttock while walking from the ice cream machines to the front register. She had just made ice cream treats for other guests. I do understand the frustration that comes with being short staffed and have experienced it first hand as an employee, but the filth and unsanitary behaviors are very concerning and doesn’t appear to have anything to do with being short staffed.

Went inside to eat and no one was at the counter. We waited for a while and FINALLY another employee called to the back for someone to come to the front. No one did, we left and came to Five Guys where our order was taken as soon as we entered.

4 stars because i love the dairy queen chocolate shake. The tables could have been cleaner. Overall the restaurant was clean. It was nice and cool in there on a 100 degree day. Thank you

Stopped here to get a burger with my son, went inside to the counter where we were immediately told to hold on a minute. 15 minutes later we were still standing there while the 4 employees in the back completely ignored us even though there weren’t any customers in the drive through and we were the only customers inside. So we just decided to leave. Went across the street to Taco Bell and had a decent meal with great service and NO WAITING. I’ll never go to this Dairy Queen again because of the obviously rude employees and their lack of decent service.

I ordered a vanilla ice cream cone and got vanilla ice cream in a cup!!! Charged for a sundae I didn’t order a plain vanilla sundae couldn’t eat it on way home so it was all melted. At least if I had gotten what I ordered I could of eaten it on way home. They really need to listen to what is ordered. Not happy about what I was charged for it. I won’t be back any time soon.

Went for a replacement order verified by an Aubrey ( manager). Another ” Manager that can be replaced” A “Carleton ” very rude which can be verified by video check his Facial and body language. He only wanted to give me my hamburger and fries from combo but no drink. He was friendly to others that’s not white like I am. I wouldn’t even have to go back for a replacement if they would listen the first time.

Stay away from this place. Went in today to get a birthday cake and our 6 year old grandson wanted a shake. We ordered and while waiting, the manager comes in from outside and yells to the back at another employee and says, “there’s some woman out here that wants to throw down with you”, well, all employees went out into the parking lot to yell at and threaten an older disabled woman, who was on a cane. Customers were left standing around, not being waited on. We had already paid or we would have immediately left. The manager just kept running around yelling for the doors to be locked, very unprofessional for sure, there was a man and woman in the restaurant, cooking and waiting on customer, who didn’t even work there and they had a baby with them, behind the counter and in the kitchen. Eventually these employees finished threatening a disabled customer and came back in, we told them to give us the cake we paid for, that we didn’t need anything written on it, we just wanted to get out of that place. The entire thing was because the lady came back and told them she didn’t get the food she paid for and they refused to replace the food because she didn’t have a receipt, well guess what, they never gave us a receipt either. The doors on this establishment should be locked until there is a new manager and all new employees. This was a dangerous situation, created by the manager. Will never go back and recommend for others to stay away! Just wish I could give them an honest review, it would be a -20. Any positive reviews are employees or paid for.

Had a very irritating experience this past week. I know the girl working is trying but from the time I went up to order which my order was finally taken 15 minutes after I walked up and then I waited I think at least 15 minutes on my two chili dogs. The peanut buster parfait came out with 5 minutes or less and was delicious but the two chili dogs were not great but edible. Just tasted too salty to be honest. Should have gotten the chicken tenders. Oh well I’ll just go through the drive thru next time. Maybe I’ll get faster service. For Gods sake put two cashiers up front and one helping the girl who was apparently new. So technically 3 up there. Let the one who was I think new take orders where there is like one or two people and maybe the other cashier could do larger groups so new people won’t get too overwhelmed.

With only one car in the drive thru ahead of me, they placed their order, drove to the window, were served and drove away. I placed my order, 2 blizzards a hamburger and fries, went to the window and paid, lady handed me 2 blizzards and ask me to pull forward and she would bring the rest of my order. After waiting approximately 10 minutes and watching another customer behind me order and be served I backed up to the window and ask about my food. I was told to move up again and wait and that they were overwhelmed, there were no other customers anywhere inside or outside at that time, only me. Lady got mad and told me they were refusing me service and if I didn’t pull forward they would call the police. I left with 2 blizzards and they kept my money for the hamburger and fries. I won’t eat there again and hope that you don’t either.
