Went through the drive though at 710 pm , ordered a medium chocolate shake. A lady came responded through the PA in a very nasty voice ” what size” again she was breaking up with static, so I again said a medium chocolate shake. She mumbled and I said excuse me, I think she thought the PA was off when she said a very nasty remarks towards us people as she put it. We drive around and all staff are staring at us to I guess to see what idiots we are and look like ( as she put it over the PA) all I ordered was a shake. The young girl did her best to make it and keep from laughing but her smirk said it all. So basically I threw away a 5 dollar shake due to something was up. The woman with the glasses who made the statement over the PA needs to find another job. We will not bIe back to this DQ.

Had my granddaughter with me. She loves playing in the play area they have set up. We had ordered a cheeseburger for her which there wasn’t any cheese on it, I brought it to their attention and the kindly, with a smile on their face, gave her a new cheeseburger. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Looks okay and decent enough outside. Generally only the drive thru is open when I go. Food has been average in the past. Last time I went, May 17th, ordered 2 blizzards. After I drove off we took the lids off and it was pretty much slushy milk with candy in it, not even close to milkshake consistency. I guess they knew better than to turn those upside down because they would have poured out. Worst blizzard I’ve ever had.

Bought a large pineapple shake that smelled and tasted spoiled. Tried calling there number but it’s not in service and I couldn’t just turn around and go back to tell them about it. 3 hours later when I was coming back thru hartselle I stopped in there with the large undrank spoiled shake and told an older lady that was working there the issue with it and she called me a liar, said they had no orders for a pineapple shake but she was there when I ordered it. She was very rude and absolutely denied giving me a refund or make the shake again. Will never come back the service and food was the worst I’ve ever had to deal with.

I came by to get some drinks and the girl in the window was so rude. She got the order wrong (we said Sprite and she thought we said FRY) and was rude when she had to change it. Never said thank you or anything..she handed the drinks through the window and turned her head. Hope she was just having a bad day and isn’t always like this since she works the window.

Ok so I asked for a small strawberry cheese quake blizzard, with as much extra Cheesecake as they could *legally charge me for, and they did not disappoint. This is what I usually do when I want Cheesecake and I don’t want to eat a whole small one to myself, and I don’t want to have to buy a big one to share. Oh and there’s ice cream with it too so it’s a win win

We ordered the Choco Brownie Xtreme Blizzard Cake online for a birthday cake. Online ordering was super easy. This location called us ahead of time to confirm order and pick date/time. When we picked up the order we got this cake. This cake looks very sad. We were really disappointed. We knew it wouldn’t look exactly like the one online. However, we didn’t expect for it to look this bad. We gave 2 stars because it did at least taste good and was completed on time.
