My family and I were passing through and low and behold Dairy Queen……we enjoyed lunch and the service was Awesome, the restaurant was very clean and serene . To top things off our food was fresh off the grill and the server brought out deserts later.

Went through yesterday at about 11ish or so, ordered the $7 deal they had going, gave me a number 11 or something instead.. charged my card TWICE, when I told her I was waiting for my ice cream she said “oh you wanted the other meal?” I said yes but don’t worry about it. I ate the burger and it was absolutely terrible. They piled mustard on it so much that it basically tasted like a mustard sandwich. I deserve a refund honestly.

We ordered our food at 8:45 and was told after we paid it would be 20 minutes for the shakes because they were changing the ice cream. While waiting for our food a male worker was putting our food in a bag and one item wouldn’t fit and a female worker shoved it in the bag and said “if they don’t like it then…” then turned around and saw us standing there. When we got our food it wasn’t what we ordered but we ate it anyway and when we finished we asked about the shakes because it had been over 20 minutes, we were told they are just changing the ice cream and we would have to wait longer. We decided just to get a refund on the shakes and they tried to just refund us for 2 shakes instead of the 3 we paid for.

The cashier was new and needed help and a young lady named Makayla was very rude to her when she asked for help. That’s not acceptable as a leader and also as someone in the public service business. The young lady who was taking our order was very friendly and tried her best to help.

The tables are always dirty, the workers in kitchen area always playing around. I have read the reviews and the manager comments, why can’t the manager and workers just understand to do what you are hired to do. The customers are your business and pay check. Maybe upper management can correct the situation.

Just like everywhere else, smaller portions, higher prices. But, my family enjoyed their banana splits. I asked for a banana and peanuts only, and they did what I asked for, but since it is Dairy Queen, they should strive to serve fresh, larger bananas. After all, it is Dairy Queen, known for banana splits. Still good. Expensive though.

We were let down by the quality of the food tonight. Our ice cream was so soft it was more like a milkshake. Not to mention the ice cream cone looked like a mushroom. It was dripping everywhere. Not a good visit.

we went through the drive-thru and they asked us to pull up and wait so we did. we waited for a bit and then started bringing out individual parts of the order. for some reason, they didn’t seem to know what we ordered and kept asking multiple times to reconfirm what we ordered and need. they gave us the wrong sauces and the “sides” of gravy we ordered were about a table spoon of lumpy, goopy, old gravy with bits of other food in it. my fries came cold and even after checking our food and having them bring out the correct items we were missing, the boxes/bags of food they gave us were still missing items so we just cut our losses and left. overall, disappointed.
