Ordered a mini blizzard via Uber Eats. The poor uber driver handed me my order w/o it in a bag stickered shut & the spoon laying in their console. GROSS. Dairy Queen here, needs to appropriately deliver their items like other places. Even Baskin-Robbins has always delivered my ice cream in a bag stickered shut. Ridiculous.

Came to this dairy Queen at 6:02 p.m. placed a chilli dog combo order. My order was incorrect. I was charged for cheese and I’m allergic to cheese. The cashier did give me back the cost of the cheese. About five minutes later after getting the refund of the cheese I was handed my order and it was still wrong. They did not put my onion rings in the bag only my hotdog. My advice, please listen to your customers and get the order correct the first time around. By getting my order wrong twice my food was then cold.

The rudest man took my order made me never want to come back (middle aged maybe bald guy seemed super annoyed he had to take my order at all)… blamed me to the staff that it was made wrong even though I specifically asked for one substitution at the time I ordered ( he put it in wrong) acted like it was changed last minute… he sent the wrong order back to get made… horrible customer service

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. We place our order, and have a seat. I never heard a name or number get called after about 5 minutes, so I go up to stand at the counter. I see food sitting under the heat lamp (which is odd because part of the order is a salad. There are no employees at the front counter, they are all hiding in the back laughing. You can plainly see employees at the drive-thru window laughing, and joking with each other. When you make eye contact with these employees, they dip behind a counter out of view. I finally see someone picking at her hair with her fingernails, at least she didn’t dip away when I made eye contact. I asked her “is that my order in the window,” she came around to get the order and hand it to me, not even knowing if it is mine or not. Luckily it was, however the lettuce in the salad was wilted due to the heat lamp. The rest of the food was sub-par. We did purchase an ice-cream cake from the freezer which was good (yet overpriced), however that is the only reason this review gains a 2 star. The owner of this store needs to reconsider his employees.
