Location and employees looked homeless smoking and just not a place I would go back to. The employee asked me several times if I want to whip topping on my shake they don’t listen. The shake didn’t taste very good. It was $15 wasted. I would never go back. There are more desirable locations with desirable employees to go to.

Real OLD SCHOOL, the DQ has been an anchor of the Goodlettsville downtown area for decades. Not a big as some others but the great ice cream you expect from DQ and certainly the old school customer service. Definitely worth the short drive from the interstate for a treat. Will be back.

The older man that waited on me and my grandchildren was very nice and welcoming. The man and young woman with the head phones on were as about as friendly as a rattlesnakes….I really don’t like to spend $30 at a place that really doesn’t care if I am there or not..I guess manners are a thing of the past..

I generally really like this DQ. Most of the time the service is very friendly. Tonight was a different story. A young lady I have not dealt with before was working the drive through window. During our entire exchange she did not say a single word to me. I said thank you to her twice and got nothing. I didn’t take off stars because she is young and I know it is difficult to find employees right now. It just made feel very unwelcome.
