When I go to DQ i always order a turtle pecan cluster blizzard with extra pecans. I’ve ordered one at this place before and had no issues. Until now, i go there again order the same thing and DQ is known for flipping over the blizzards …they don’t flip the blizzard over instead just hand it to me. It was a water like consistency…I couldn’t believe they even handed that to me. I wanted a blizzard not melted ice cream. There were a few ways they could have addressed the situation but you could tell they didn’t care about thier job and what it stood for or the customers. I asked them why the blizzard was like that and thier answer was because its hot outside and when you put the Carmel into the blizzard it melts the ice cream. I’ve never* ever* had this problem before at any other DQ in different states. So why now all of a sudden am i hearing about this year’s later? If that’s the case …..take it off your menu or if the employees are making it wrong correct that !

I was en route to look at a home I was interested in buying and needed gas. My buddy and I got some drinks and snacks while there. The prices were comparable to other nearby stores, the store was clean and the staff was friendly. Thx for making my pitstop quick and comfortable.

Got our order wrong four different times! A lot of our food was cold. Things just weren’t connecting with the workers, they all seemed lost the entire time we were there. The girl on the drive-thru was the only one running back and forth working hard from the looks of things. I doubt we’ll be back to that location.

I have to say that Dairy queen is so so much better than the 1 in oak Ridge TN hands down!! Food was fresh and yummy and they didn’t mess up the order at all and they were friendly. Oak ridge TN DQ u need to train your ppl here

We stopped here while traveling just for chicken and gravy. When we got there, we were only customers inside. They completely ignored us for about 5 minutes and then had no gravy. Only reason we eat at DQ. This store is attached to a convenience store. Clean, but staff seemed to be scurrying and some didn’t act like they knew what they were doing. Gal that waited on us was great once she came to counter. Would not go back there if we lived there.

Good food, but the order was incomplete, I didn’t get my dogs meat patties. I was in the middle of kitchen repairs and couldn’t cook. I will continue to be a loyal customer, but I will check my to go orders

Waited over 30 minutes for my food. That is not fast food. The lobby doors were locked but other customers told me they were still taking orders at the door. I should have left then, but I didn’t. I waited 10 minutes to place my order, then over 20 for them to bring it to me. Then they forgot two items from my order (which I discovered after I left) and the ketchup I had requested. The food was still warm (but not hot) when I got it, otherwise it’d be a single star.

Stopped on the way to the Bristol night race and got some ice cream. Staff was really nice and even though it was busy I was served really quick. The ice cream was delicious as normal. If its open late I’ll stop again. Store was clean.
