I went through drive through. The young lady was rude and then had to wait in a parking spot 15 minutes for 2 burgers. There wasn’t a line outside and no customers inside. I understand that sometimes you may be short handled but no reason to be rude to your customers.

We stopped on our lunch hour from work. The people working there just kept walking by us and never came to the register. After close to 10 minutes of us standing there my husband asked if someone was going to take our order. The worker rudely said no without even looking up at him from the counter. My husband told her that it would have been nice if she had told us that she wouldn’t take our order, to which she replied that she can’t talk when she’s busy. Horrible attitudes and customer service here.

Waited 15 to order when we at the microphone, man kept saying one moment, which turned into 15 minutes with 2 cars behind us. Ordered 4 blizzards pulled around to find the truck still sitting waiting for his food. Waited another 15 minutes for our blizzards which two was wrong and had to remake. You need new management and responsible workers. Just awful!
