Not the best location ever. The lobby is almost uncomfortably dirty and an overworked employee was asleep at a table. (I’ve been “That Guy” before.) The people are super friendly but the food was a complete flop. Even the fries were soggy. My Alaskan Fish Sandwhich was under dressed and fried too dark with little to no lettuce and only a hint of Tartar. After today’s visit I don’t know If I’d even trust a Blizzard from here.

Didn’t flip any of our blizzards, we had 3. They were a bit melted, but time we got home (which is only about 7 minutes) it was pretty melted. They were kinda nice but they were busy and appeared short staffed.

Ordered 2 ice cream cakes 4 days ago for my son’s birthday, showed up to pick them up today and there were no cakes. As angry as we were they had not prepared the cakes, after seeing how disgusting the restaurant was, we were almost relieved to not have to eat anything from there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Absolutely horrible, I will never go back in my life.The Dairy Queen in martin Tennessee is wonderful, so I got out of hospital in Jackson, I wanted to go,it was horrible, workers standing around talking,I waited 20 minutes just to place a order for a milkshake. They were so rude,I never seen anything like this in my 55 yrs.

Drive thru line was only serving one at a time…sat for about 25 minutes. Blizzard was ok. People weren’t very nice. Ran out of strawberries too. I wasn’t expecting much as I was just getting ice cream but they exceeded my expectations in the worst way.
