We stop there to get ice cream there was only one person working in the hole place the other two were talking about one of them where leaving and she was telling the other person ALL about it while the one that took the order and worked the drive through and it was a while before we get our ice cream from her and then she missed up the order bcall she forgot the order I’m husband order a medium blizzard a small instead

Ordered an ice cream cake for my 21 year old granddaughter. We ordered it to say happy 21st birthday not 21th! And that the cake be completely covered with pink icing! The writing looked like a child did it! The store did refund our money back, but we will never order another cake there!

The worst Dairy Queen I have ever been in. Tables were dirty, staff is very rude and unattentive. The hamburger was messy with ketchup and mustard everywhere, thefish sandwich was dripping tarter sauce out of it. It only took them 20 minutes to fix the sandwiches and they weren’t busy at all.

Person helped 3 people before me when I was first to the counter. So I watched my food sit in the window for 10 min longer than it was before I got there. Staff is about as you expect for Jackson TN fast food everyone hates their lives and they act like it.
