I stopped at this location for the first time on 5/9/23 to grab an ice-cream cake from the cooler for my daughter. It had pink & green icing. I asked if sprinkles could be added. I was told they could add them & a grown LADY took the cake to the back. Few minutes later, she returned the cake with HARVEST colored sprinkles on the cake!! Who puts red, orange, gold, & brown sprinkles on a spring/summer trimmed cake for a girl??!!! She knew better. She just did not care! If they didn’t have spring colored sprinkles to actually match the cake, she could have simply said that! I ended up scraping those harvest sprinkles off and added sprinkles that actually matched the spring colored cake for a girl!

I usually get great service from other dq establishments. I was taken aback because they didn’t have any buns for my burger. They made it wrong and I had to come back for another one. When I came back, the customer service was so poor that I wanted to just leave. When I finally got my burger, it tasted old.

Okay, this not being able to get blizzard cups larger than a mini is ridiculous. Im not sure if it’s problems with the suppliers, but on two separate trips over two weeks apart, I was told they could only do mini blizzards since they dont have cups. Not the end of the world, but if I’m driving all the way there for a blizzard, I would like one larger than a tiny one. (Nothing against the employees, as I interacted with them minimally the first time and barely at all the second time. I know this isn’t their fault!)

The staff was so friendly. I came in looking to purchase a cake for my husband’s birthday. I would have preordered, but did not due to the website time requirement. I was greeted promptly. The gentleman even went to the back to see if he had any of the design I wanted. They DID! He offered to write on the cake, but I declined. It takes great no matter what is written on the cake. This is the best experience I have had at at DQ in YEARS! I will be back to try lunch one day soon! I again cannot emphasize enough that you have a great staff! So nice and friendly. A little customer service goes a long way. I will be posting on social media and google!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dairy queen. The young lady was rude and disrespectful telling us our order was to large, waited until we were three items in to tell us they had no burgers. If they dont want to work stay home.

I just left this location on 9/4 at about 2:10pm , ordered 2 medium blizzards and a cup of ice cream. I asked for a bag her to put my ice cream in a bag and she did. When the sales lady gave me the blizzards they didn’t have tops so I gave her one back and asked for a top and a bag. She said that she couldn’t give me another bag so I preceded to pass her the ice cream in the bag back and asked her if she wanted the bag back so that I could get a larger one. There was another lady standing by the window watching and asked her what I wanted. She stepped in and rudely said that she couldn’t give me a bag and wasn’t supposed to put ice cream in bags because of cost and the manager rule! REALLY!!!!!
