Clean and up-to-date. The gal who took my order was great. The food came out a little slow, but what was worse is the two guys behind me who ordered ice cream treats got their’s before me and I only had a small cookie dough blizzard. The guy making it looked at me confused and said, “uh, I think I made those in reverse order.” No 5hit Sherlock!

As a business owner you should be ashamed of yourself! Making 2 people run the entire store is just stupid and poor business. Give half way service on everything is awful! You should shut down either the drive thru or lobby. These 2 workers can only do so much. If you’re not allowed to close one or the other than don’t open the location. 2nd tip maybe pay more and you’ll be able to get more people to work there. Another idea close the grill when it’s 100+ outside and focus on ice cream only!!

Drive thru girl seemed very out of it. Couldn’t get order right. Finally figured out what I wanted and then the food came out wrong anyway. Overpriced, poor service, nasty burgers, cold soggy fries, poor employee quality.

If you want a great burger and amazing service. I visited one evening and an lady was managing. Her and the staff were awesome that night. I want to encourage people to go and try the service while this lady is on. She’s the best. Better keep her. Oh and we got a complimentary pup cup. A small bowl of soft serve ice cream for my gf puppy. Loved that experience

Cheese curbs were sooooo good. The chicken strip dinner was good as well. Tried the churro ice cream and also a winner. The cinnamon and sugar on the outside was an added pleasure. My only negative would be the price. For 3 box dinners and 3 small churro cones was over 51 dollars.
