Went there opening day; the line was to the door and the cars were backed up onto 45, but they had plenty of staff, who were all professional, courteous, and quick! I got a piping hot cheeseburger & fries that blew away anything their neighbor, Mickey D’s, has ever served, plus a refreshingly-cold Blizzard. Kudos!

Cause I’m so tired of this place constantly throwing my food together. There wasn’t a line today so I didn’t get what the rush was. Plus, they should definitely confirm your order back before pulling around. Either their headsets are too low or the speaker doesn’t work too good outside, something never gets rung up. Oh, and this is my second receipt I received from drive thru, majority of time they don’t give it.

I just tried calling up there and no one picked up. I just left the drive through not even 10 minutes ago. Ordered a chicken strip basket w/ fries and a drink. Everything was good until I reached for a french fry that was stuck together with another french fry by a BOOGER. A LITERAL HUGE BOOGER. I understand this is new and y’all are incredibly busy but that’s disgusting and unacceptable. I hope y’all encourage whoever is scooping the fries to start wearing mask.

The food has been pretty consistent each time I go, but I’m hoping with time everything gets better! My last visit here it took forever to order then we had to pull up and wait forever to get our food, just to get COLD food. Soo not understanding why we had to pull up, but everything was cold. The last Blizzard I ordered was melted and I think the young lady barely turned it upside down, cause she new it was melted lol. I still favor Starkville DQ and now I’m terrified to go back here after the young lady had boogers on her fries

After 30min wait for my order the cashier asked for my receipt as they had lost my order. 15min later they still did not have my food. After 45min of waiting I asked for and received a refund for my order. I would not recommend this location at this time. Perhaps it will improve with time.

The Owner (“Vicus” – sorry if I misspelled your name!!) is very sweet and his employees sing his praises! He went out of his way to make sure my order was corrected. Love that! He seems very understanding and knows how to handle his clients! The general manager, however, a young lady whose name I didn’t catch, seems to not know how to de-escalate a situation. I watched her handle an upset customer who was requesting a refund due to the errors in her order and while I understand that customer service can be hard, I don’t think it helps to stare at upset customers like they are bothering you and basically say despite you coming all the way here with your receipt, you will just have to come back later when someone higher up is here which translated to the upset customer as “I can’t help you.” When I entered, to have my issue corrected, I hadn’t even said a thing and she was already looking at me like “Another disgruntled person that I do not want to have to deal with.” Thankfully, the owner arrived not too long of me arriving and I was swiftly taken care of and he seeming went right to work fixing any little thing he thought was a problem at his establishment. He gets 5 stars all by himself, but due to witnessing that service, at this time, I’m giving 4.

Great food. Long line of cars but moved quickly I’ve been back one more time. Bergers are great. Ice cream is good. Frys are good. Try to visit at times other than lunch or dinner. Lines are long at these times.

I personally didn’t go, my wife did. But somehow this little basset hound guy, who stayed home with me, ended up in her suitcase (fur evidence) anyway. But, my wife said everything was nice there and she plans on taking me there sometime.

We are not from Columbus, but stop is as a special treat when on the road. Tykeunta took care of us at the drive thru. We could not have possibly had a better experience. Friendly, helpful, caring.
