We did ice cream. Soft serve cone, a blizzard and a hot fudge Sunday. It was excellent! Employees were efficient and courteous. An added benefit was the nostalgia of going to a place each of us had frequented in our home towns as kids.

I go through the drive-thru at this location regularly because I work in the area. It’s a pretty typical example of a DQ franchise. The staff is always friendly to me and the food is what you would expect. Haven’t been in the restaurant in a couple of years so I can’t say much about the inside. No complaints.

I usually get the chicken strips and they’re really good. I rarely order burgers from dairy queen, but this time it was a disaster. I ordered drive thru and when I got home the chicken was raw in the middle!

This Dairy Queen close this lobby due to staff shortage. They also do not answer the phone. You cannot order an ice cream cake. Everything is done through the drive-through, which is extremely slow. Horrible service.

I ordered a combo with a blizzard instead of a shake for take out. The blizzard took about 5 minutes to make, the combo about 15. I got the bag went to my car and found fries missing from the order. This wouldn’t be a huge issue if I hadn’t paid 12 dollars for the order.

I accidentally ordered from the lunch menu during breakfast and the staff at this location were very friendly and insisted that they wouldn’t mind making my order. It took a couple extra minutes which was perfectly reasonable and in the end I got a crispy yet juicy fried chicken sandwich cooked fresh and perfectly. Easily the best DQ in louisville.

Service and quality has declined over the past year in particular during the evening. The restaurant had one patron, clearly not busy with 3 workers behind the counter. However they still managed to give me a blizzard that was wrong. How hard is it to mess up cookie dough blizzard?
