We stood at the front for over 8 min waiting to place an order. I can understand being busy but not 1 employee even acknowledged us. They would walk by or start greeting drive thru and just ignore us. We eventually walked out. I’ve literally never been to a DQ this terrible at customer service.

This place is awful! Do NOT spend your money here! Rude customer service,nasty food,long wait times! My husband waited for 30 mins to get 2 chicken strip baskets & NO ONE else was in line at all!! After all that WASTED time, the food was under cooked! WORST experience ever! When I tried to call up there the call doesn’t even go through. I have read many other reviews like mine. Something NEEDS to be done! Doesn’t seem like corporate even cares. I will see if there is someone higher I can take this ONGOING ISSUE to cause I don’t like wasting our HARD EARNED MONEY ON TERRIBLE FOOD & an awful experience!! Would give 0 stars if I could!

This is the third Flamethrower burger that hasn’t had ANY Flamethrower sauce. At least three more that only had enough to color the bread without any taste.. They constantly get my order wrong and have horrible wait times even though NO ONE else is in the drive thru.

Ordered a chocolate malt and it had chunks of peanuts in it . My son has a severe peanut allergies. I called the restaurant to let them know about the peanuts in the shake and no answer.. dangerous for customers.

This location has gone down hill! Please work on your costumer service skills. When I am told that I will have my order taken in a moment, it should not be SIX minutes! So the doors are locked & probably on purpose so the workers can worry about what they are yapping about. So I saw that a worker on was their phone. I left and went to the Fairdale location and got my order taken in a matter of a minute and got three blizzards.

Poor service drive thru time way past where they need to be at 20 mins of sting in the drive thru waiting for her to take my order I say my order and pay and tells me to pull up at the trash can and it will be right out. Last time they said that I sit here for another 20 mins for my food and this time it’s doubled cheese bruger and some pretzel sticks and 3 other vehicles are waiting to. They take your order quickly but then make you wait 30 to 45 minutes for 1 order. they regularly give your orders to other people and leave you with nothing I’ve gone there multiple times and every time it’s always a bad experience. You try to go to the lobby and they ignore you I waited 45 minutes I keep asking if someone can take my order and just ignore me they seem to lock the door lobby so no one can come in most of the day. Another time I was there there’s only one person in front of me and it took them 35 minutes for some onion rings some fries and a drink. I try to get a refund one time was denied. You literally have to shout for them to take your order in the lobby.
