It takes quite a bit for the patron to be acknowledged at the counter despite the employees knowing I’m standing there. Brings upon that awkward feelin’. At any rate… understaffed?Overworked perhaps? Who knows! At least, the burger was great.

I don’t know if the person behind the counter if she was the manager her name was Sam and she had amazing people skills everyone that came in she made it a point to make them feel comfortable and even though they were understaffed this morning she didn’t let that get to her or even let the customers see it she just tried a little bit harder, I have to say this is one of the best dairy Queen I have ever been to and I grew up on dairy Queen. I got a country platter. She didn’t ask if I wanted sausage or bacon. She didn’t tell me what my total was until I got to the window. Food was good. The wait in line was kinda long but it was for breakfast. She was rushing and kinda had an attitude. They may have been short.

Ordered one thing and it took them forever to get it to me. I was the only one in the restaurant with no line. The store smells bad too for some reason. No excuse it took so long to give me one thing. Workers acted confused the whole time, although they were nice.

This DQ charges extra for dressing if you get a salad. The price on the board is $7.89 but if you order a salad they charge you $9.09 and they say the difference is for the dressing. Furthermore, you’re not allowed to order a salad without the dressing. This is nuts! Whoever heard of ordering a salad, and having to pay extra to have dressing? They should just change the price of the salad on their menu board if they’re going to charge more for the salad!

I would not recommend going to this DQ location I understand people can have a bad day but not ok to take out on customers no one was rude to the person in the window however the person taking orders was extremely rude this location was not busy no one was rushed this individual was rude from the first start of the order til the end I’m sorry if I’m going to spend 60 on lunch for my team at a tire shop down the street I certainly don’t appreciate anyone being rude it’s part of customer service

Dirty restaurant and they won’t let you use the restroom. The worker who I spoke to was extremely rude, had no teeth and appeared high on something. Not a safe location to eat or hang out.

They should’ve left this location closed. The employees always have attitudes. They always close super early. There was no cars in the parking lot or anybody inside and it took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge me or take my order. And that is what they call a Texas toast. A white piece of bread.
