We went through the drive thru at 5pm today to pick up a mobile order and no one ever came in the intercom so we went to the window and it was dark inside and the place was empty. There was a long line behind me of people waiting. Music blaring outside but no one there apparently. For months (years?) their hours posted on the door have been wrong because the dining room is always closed. Very strange

Chick taking orders at drive thru was on her phone 100%of the time. Ordered 3 items, 1 was right. How hard is it to get a plain cheeseburger correct? Out of onions for sandwich and ice cream machine was out of order. What the hell? NOT eating there EVER again. Too many other choices to put up with that attitude.

Absolutely horrible. I’ve been to this location twice and it was disgraceful both times. The first time we went for breakfast and ordered ahead and it STILL took 45 minutes to get our food. Then, we tried to go today and the door was locked. But there appeared to be people in the lobby, including a child in a car seat. So we went around to the drive thru and the girl working had a horrible attitude for asking a question about the Blizzards. So bad that we didn’t even finish our order, we just drove off. What is going on at this location??? I don’t know but I won’t be going back to find out. 0/10
