Ordered 2 blizzards online at 7:08 PM. Got to resturaunt at 7:15. Could not walk inside. Doors were locked. 8 cars waiting at the drive thru. Took 12 minutes to get to order speaker. Told them I had a mobile order and was told to pull into a parking spot and they would bring it out. 4 minutes later someone brought it out. Left resturaunt at 7:32 PM. If I hadn’t paid for it when I ordered I would not had waited.

Stopped by to have breakfast for dine-in and you where closed. If you’re going to conduct business than you should be open inside. I don’t do drive thru’s because they somehow always get the order wrong. We enjoy supporting you but we prefer dine-in. If I. can’t eat inside than why stay open/ close your business.

Employees eating right behind the counter check the video from today around 4 pm I promise you’ll see what I’m saying. I asked for chicken strips honey bbq and they just gave me the sauce and didn’t’t sauce them. I’m confused by this. Even after the cashier took my money then went straight over to make my food. I promise you look at the video, you’ll see what I’m saying. I’m just disgusted by this, you Can’t! Be this way in a restaurant. I’m done and we’ll no longer come here I’ll also keep telling everyone I can about my experience here.

They have been open for an hour and 20 minutes. It took 15 minutes just to move one car so I could place my order and another eight to get my food however the black dude working the window was super polite and apologetic which turn this one star review into a 4.

They took our order and we waited around 20-30 minutes for then to give us the food. The fries were old but the burgers were good, as well as the shake. The tables were dirty and the trashcan were full. Most of the people seemed confused.

I ordered a cake that was supposed to be ready at 1. I got there at 245 and it still wasn’t ready. Then when the guy wrote on it, it looked like a 2 year old wrote on it. I had to have the cake so I got it but I will never go back there. $50 cake and I got a 2 year old writing on my cake. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!
