This was probably the slowest fast food experience I’ve had in a long time. Me and the fam went inside to get food. I assume the drive thru would have been faster. Waiting 20-30 minutes for fast food is a bit much.

I went to this location on my lunch break. My food was not prepared correctly and on sandwich she put the back slice of the tomato!! Why would anyone fixing food do that. We all no to discard that part of the tomato. I didn’t say anything about it I didn’t want any problems clearly they were having one. A dad and mom pulled one of the workers out of the store and was talking to her in the parking lot and I could hear the staff talking about it. Lunch break ruined

Went today, 7/6/23, and most of our order wasn’t in the bag when we got home. Tried to call to get a refund, but they never answer the phone. Almost $20 wasted. I don’t remember a time they got an order right and always met with a bad attitude.

Two concerns about this location which is my closest location. The driveway Breakfast menu is almost never displayed. The breakfast gravy never has sausage like you show on TV. My guess this is the gravy used for the chicken strips. Obviously this is a manager problem. I guess you will thank me for my feedback and say you’re sorry for my experience. I would just like someone to address this poorly run breakfast hours because I do like breakfast at other locations like the Middletown and Simpsonville locations so it can be done right if management makes it happen

I stopped to buy two milk shakes, and the speaker was broken, so I left the drive-through and went inside, and it took forever to be served. There were only 3 people working. you would think thy would hire more staff to work

Never answers the phone never gives paper towels I did not get my drink im on luchbreak. All I’m saying is you work for customer service lets Get it better. You know I got a chicken Tender basket large drink not very hard so I just don’t understand how they got it wrong. And like I said I work for retail two and I was on lunch so now it’s not like I can just run back over there and get my drink.

Husband went there this morning to pick up breakfast. $17 for pancake and ham breakfast and sausage and gravy bowl. Well first of all there was no ham to be had, so I had to get sausage. 2 burnt dried out tiny discs that I were coated in grease. There was 3 pancakes. 2 were burnt and couldn’t be eaten. I tried, but the burned taste was too overwhelming even covered in butter, peanut butter and syrup. So I ended up eating 1 small pancake that was very dried out and almost burnt. Husbands bowl looked good, but shy on the gravy side. I usually can eat just about any fast food, but these were pushed beyond the edible stage.
