WHAT A JOKE and the employee that waited on me in the drive thru obviously hasn’t been trained on customer service ( Carissa). I ordered a sausage twin pack with a side of gravy and this is what I got for a total of 73 cents. When I ask her about it she said we are out of the cups the side gravy come in. I ask her for another dreeing cup of gravy and she tells me it would be another 73 cents. Not my problem you are out of cups. DO THE RIGHT THING AND GIVE ME THE AMOUNT THAT I PAID FOR NO MATTER HOW MANY LITTLE SALAD DRESSING CUPS!

Might be open when you arrive, might have the dining room closed, who knows. Doesn’t matter what the website or marquee sign says, there are no specific hours on at least 8 times that I have gone. Generally the food is good, except the onion rings, they are roasted and hard as a rock, people at the counter are generally friendly and helpful. Store is usually clean if it’s open inside.

I ran to get a quick bite today on lunch and went back to work hungry and disappointed with my lunch break. Grabbed two cheeseburgers and a medium Coke. The no ice having Coke was refreshing as I was hot and kinda dry from working in the elements today. I’m glad I had a few bottles of water on ice in the Igloo. The cheeseburgers, on the other hand, were really sad, Burger patties had obviously been sitting since they started the lunch shift as they had developed what appeared to be frost on them. I was at Dairy Queen Grill and Chill at 12:30pm. Got me half of a little squirt of mustard, my favorite condiment. More than enough of ketchup to go around as it was literally covering my packaging in which the burgers were delivered in. Cheese was American and on par with the temperature of the patties. Pickles were middle of the road, in my opinion. The young lady at the drive-thru window was nice enough and polite. The parking lot would be questionable at night and could use a once over with a broom and garbage bag. Unfortunately, I will not be visiting again as DQ did not do something right.

Neve open at 6a.. ive stopped by numerous times trying to get breakfast before work, everything says they open at 6 am, ive gotten breakfast that time but majority of the time 6am isn’t a thing to this DQ.

Ordered chicken ,(4) orders for my grandkids and they wanted the gravy for it, but the manager said they had no lids for the gravy cups, so I ask her to put it in a coffee cup, her reply was , it’s too runny and didn’t feel comfortable. How much runnyer could it be , than coffee. Lame excuse.

We only had to go to this location, off Hurstbourne exit of I-64, because yesterday’s storms and insane winds had knocked out power to the Middletown location. There was an item I wanted to add after i arrived to pick up and she comped it for no necessary reason other than great customer service because it was an item on their menu but that i couldn’t order via mobile app at their store location (the amazing shamrock rainbow sprinkles fruity pebbles shake i call it). Her name was Kya or Nya; great patience all day by her with me and what seemed like way more customers than usual with Middletown being closed! Keep up the great job. Everything was exactly why we love DQ!
