Last time I went the burger was good but my Mountain Dew tasted weird. Went again today and the Mountain Dew still doesn’t taste right. My cheeseburger tasted like it was microwaved. My fries were soggy. The blizzard was good but overall I’m just really disappointed I spent $10 on such a gross meal. Will probably only be back for ice cream in the future.

I informed the cashier that I’d need a receipt for my sundae from the $7 meal since I was going to get it later. I got my food stacked on the counter with no receipt and no bag. My order was to go, so I waited 5 minutes at least to request the receipt and a bag to carry my items and drink. Finally, after no service, I gave up. I get home, the gravy looked like watered down milk with pepper in the bottom after pouring it out. Upon calling, I was given excuses and never offered a replacement meal. Will not be going back anytime soon.

Check your hot food before you leave the drive thru window – this location doesn’t care to serve “hot” menu items cold. For the price and service, better off finding a new lunch spot. This DQ’s specialty really is, just, their ice cream.

Order was wrong sent to door dash, gravy in the chicken strip basket was water, burgers were a mess. Was an absolute mess. Will never order from here again. Reviews were awful so I guess it’s on me.

Ordered large cones, but received a little bit of ice cream on a large cake cone. We commented on the size. The lady took them around the corner, switched hands, then came back and said ‘how are these’. We should have asked for our money back.

This place has just gone so down hill. I ordered through the drive thru today. A meal and 2 cheeseburgers. No one in line and the place was so dead employees were standing outside talking and smoking. I waited 10 minutes for food. The boy handed me the bag and it was almost over flowing. By the time I got home my fries were dumped all over the inside of my truck. Whoever bagged it had put the cheeseburgers on the bottom, the boxed burger in the middle with the box standing up and then the fries on top. All of which were lukewarm. You would think waiting as long as I did it would have been hot. I called and asked to speak to a manager and she seemed to just be over it from the moment she answered the phone. This used to be a great place to come to morning or evening for a quick bite to eat. Now you’re waiting on lukewarm food that they still don’t know how to bag properly but they want $15 an hour. I won’t be coming back

A young man behind the counter with impeccable manners also brought our food to me while I was letting my dogs pee whom were taking a bit longer than expected. That young man didn’t have to but he went an extra yard. Now that makes America Great. Thank you.
