Absolutely horrible. I thought I would treat my family to ice cream on a Saturday night. They were excited about getting banana splits. Went to the plaza first, after a 15 minute wait in drive through, I was told they were out of bananas, it was 7:30 pm , Saturday night. I was somewhat amazed but kids wanted banana splits so I drove to the main st location. Out of bananas there too. Absolutely amazing. When I asked the so called unprofessional shift manager, he got very defensive. When I suggested he send someone to get bananas at kroger, directly across the street, he told me, nobody drives. What a pathetic response. I will not give these locations my business in the future. When I mentioned this to my wife, she said it happened to her on her last visit. Don’t bother coming here looking for chocolate ice cream because they are always out. Every time I get a craving for a chocolate oreo blizzard I always get let down because they are out of chocolate. Why not try this Dairy Queen, up your par chocolate ice cream if you’re always running out. smh

This is the second time I’ve tried to get pancakes and bacon. First time shorted me a pancake and the were so thin you could hold them up and light could pass thru them. They were crunchy and over cooked. They were like burnt crepes. Second time I got 3 pancakes, but cooked the same way. I also got shorted a slice of bacon. The flavor on second batch of pancakes was good but you shouldn’t be able to see light thru them. I’m think of applying for a job, just so I can teach them how to cook pancakes. But decided to cut out the middle man and cook at home from now on.
