The associate that helped us was nice and our blizzards were decent however the chocolate coated ice cream we got for our child wasn’t frozen so was basically soup and a complete mess. Inside of the store was sticky and not clean so we sat outside in the cleanest spot we could find.

Went through the drive thru to order a simple vanilla cone for our son, and the woman taking our order misheard us several times when my husband asked for a vanilla cone. She kept saying we don’t have chocolate. My husband said can you hear me? In a nice calm voice, she said yes, and kept saying we don’t have chocolate. We finally got her to hear it was really a vanilla cone. No big deal! We pull forward in line to see a woman come out with trash giving us the stare down, then look to the left and half the crew is staring us down and cussing in the back door. My husband rolled down the window to make sure everything was okay. One of the workers yells out roll your window up b&$/)/. All of this over a single ice cream cone. We left without getting the cone. Very poor customer relations. Manager and district manager should look into this.

I don’t understand how it could be so hard to get two very simple meals so incorrect. This isn’t the first time I’ve come thru the drive thru and left with little over half my meal correct. I’m disappointed in this location because I love the chicken and blizzards but the service is lacking. How am I leaving without my full order, why am I missing not only sauces, but fries and chicken? The drive thru worker didn’t even speak 5 words to me nor checked my bags to make sure all my food was there. All I got was my food shoved out the window and closed it in my face. For $30+ I expect to atleast come home with all of my food/sauces.

I love DQ, I get the same $4 breakfast faithfully, daily. I am starting to not like it, not because of a choice , the biscuits are always hard lately. I am a loyal customer and this is how I am done. That’s sad. Not happy Versailles DQ on Frankfort street.

i am giving this place a two star because i am a regular and normally things are perfect but there is one young girl , brown headed wears glasses i say she’s between 17-24 years old and man she has the ugliest stand off body language as well as attitude to customers just a very rude person and gets mad so easy it’s just hard to deal with her when she is working the window if you say or ask for something that she has to change or whatever she gets just mad as heck quick with a very awful attitude problem if i were management j wouldn’t have someone like her as rude as she is working the window just saying. it was very horrible having to deal with her this morning simply just because i wanted the meal instead just the sandwich and drink since they were same price. i

This store was pretty good the first time but my breakfast sandwich the other morning was not good at all. The meat was so hard I couldn’t eat it and my egg had really bad crunchy edges, at least one side of my waffle biscuit was decent. So I enjoyed half of a biscuit from here that morning
