I usually LOVE going to DQ. Not today. I went for breakfast to go. Usually, it’s great. Not today. I always get a full size gravy and biscuits. So, 2 biscuits and “hopefully” enough gravy to make my biscuits soggy (ya know, really yummy), today I got the biscuits and like 3 tablespoons of gravy. I mean, look at this disaster. It is drier than the Sahara desert. Well done, DQ. I guess I’ll be taking my business to McDonald’s from now on. At least they know how to SHARE their gravy generously with their customers.

I just have to say how kind and considerate the manager and her husband are (maybe also owners, not sure) I called asking for the number of a door dasher who had taken our ice cream and sat it in the hot sun in the wrong location and would not answer the phone, along with our food. I knew that the restaurants are not directly linked or responsible for door dasher claims; I was asking to see if they had seen her or had another way to find her and they went above and beyond to take care of this for me! And kept apologizing even though it was not their fault! It was also very busy and they still took the time to help me! I can’t say enough good things about Danville DQ!

They were all on something. They all looked messed up. The person taking my order couldn’t even get my order because she was so messed up. It took 20 minutes and it was all wrong. Then they made us wait because THEY lost something and it was just unprofessional and absurd. They need to get all new people.

The staff was terrible, the new guy at the window was very nice, but when I asked for 2 ranches another employee (pretty sure a manager) got aggressive and gave me one, said you have to pay if you want two, and before I could tell him that’s fine I want two he slams the window shut and walks away, He ended up have to walk back to ring me up. 3/21/23

My husband and some of his family ate here today. He asked for chocolate milk with a kids meal and the server acted as if this was a bizarre request then opened a regular milk and stirred in chocolate sauce. Maybe they were out of the prepackaged? It was nice of him to make some if they were out, but it was also really weird. Then they watched as the same server dug through several boxes of food (possibly their orders), unwrapped and handled the sandwiches, etc to find another customer’s missing order. My husband and family were told to wait (about 15 minutes), despite that they were not at all busy and their food appeared ready. Then they were served cold meals, two of which were the wrong order. The burgers tasted like they’d sat out all day and, later, made my husband sick. This location usually has terrible service. I advised him never to return and I have no idea why they didn’t request a refund and go somewhere else.

Ordered a biscuits and gravy and sausage biscuit. when I handed them my card it took awhile and one employee said sorry we are having trouble with the machine then stood there looking worried. Somebody else come to the card machine did something and said it’s not working he then tells me it’s not working and asked if I had cash I did so I handed to him. I felt he was acting wierd so I checked my bank online it showed the amount was taken off my card. I then showed this to him and the lady that come to help rudely says it will be 2 days and it will back on my card. I say that’s kinda weird you took the money but needed cash as well so she did something and the rude defensive vibe she was putting out made me not trust her. so I checked my bank again and now it say I’ve been charged twice for breakfast and paid in cash so i payed 3 times for my breakfast. She then tells me to come inside i do so and she proceeds to start yelling from across the room like it was my fault or something. I’m just trying figure out why I’ve been charged three times for breakfast she then wont talk to me. This grown woman is ignoring me a paying customer when I was told to come inside. The whole situation was utterly ridiculous. Nothing is being accomplished so I go get the food from the truck and bring it in to return it. I’ve completely lost my appetite and really dont want any of my money going to this establishment after the treatment i recieved. one employee comes out and nicly saying “i think this is just as crazy as you i just wanna warn ya she called the cops on you” I’m like what for this person decided rather then deal with her mistake she would call cops to deal with her own ignorance. I did end up getting a refund for the cash i paid but as of now my bank account has been charge twice for food I dont have. I will not be returning or recommending this dairy queen establishment anytime in the future this was the most ridiculous experience I’ve every had in my life.
