Front counter service was friendly and some of the staff seemed good. I like the interior design. I did have a complaint, though: nearly every table is dirty at 1:15 pm, and the bathroom is in serious need of a cleaning. Drive-thru isn’t backed up, and inside isn’t crowded. I don’t know why nobody is cleaning. As for the food, it tastes good, but my burger got to me pretty smashed, see photo, and I was right there inside. I think that’s just how their buns are?

It’s a good store, although it can get pretty busy. The food is always fresh and fast, and the ice cream is great. The place is always clean, even the bathrooms. It’s also nice that there is outdoor seating, that way your dog can be with you too! They also now have pupcups!

This is the 2nd time i have ordered food from this dairy queen and they have TOTALLY SCREWED my order up. I have nothing against young people working but when thet are standing around talking and not doing their work and it results in orders being wrong, that is ridIculous. I’ m done. They need to pay attention before they hurt some one with giving the wrong order.

Very disappointed with my and my granddaughters chocko strawberry blizzard. Hers was a small and maybe had 2 pieces of strawberry in it. Mine was a medium and might have had one piece in it. Mine was more like vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips in it.

Feb 6 2023 Got cold food. Went back through drive thru.. took 25 minutes . The food i got back was microwaved! Fries soggy half hot half cold.. got back the same chicjen strips. Bread was soggy. Just a horrible experience. Dont know if ill be back. Berea store is million tones better
