Never one to complain about my Blizzard having a little extra ice cream, but this was not okay. What happened to upside down or it’s free? This was literally how it was handed to me in the drive thru (lid on the bottom and everything). Photo was taken AFTER I ate some off the top so it wasn’t actively spilling and dripping like it was when handed to me. I’m not a confrontational person so I didn’t say anything to them. Wasn’t even offered napkins. Ya’ll want almost $7 for this? Won’t be back to this location. Had to spend literally 10 minutes cleaning up my cup BEFORE I could even enjoy my ice cream. What a disappointment.

Went there and order 2 flavour milkshake and my daughter ordered a mini blizzard with nuts. I think the manager is the one that took the order. She was courteous and and both engaged in small talk. Our order was ready in less than 5 minutes. Of I could give it 6 stars I would and ten would be ideal, because the service, the food, the everything was perfect.

Drove off after waiting 20 minutes and one car ahead (3) total were served in that time. Was told “hold on a minute” when I got to the speaker. I “held on” and then once they told me they were ready for my order there was no confirmation or any response to my order of a small chocolate dipped cone. I waited another few minutes and asked if they received my order and the employee said “hold on one minute” Once my order was placed not a car moved for 15 minutes. It’s a Wednesday at 8pm.

The inside was clean on the surface, however, I was wearing shorts and sat in a booth and when I got up to leave the entire back side of both legs was sticky. It seems as if cleaning rags smear icecream around.
